Minister Belanger suffered a devastating defeat in his battle to get justice against his arch-nemesis ACJ Rooke of the Alberta Court of Queen's Bench. Belanger had a dream of finally exacting retribution against Rooke for the grievous injuries he'd inflicted on our paraclete through his vile defamations in court judgments. Belanger demanded that Rooke be removed from the bench, a personal apology from Rooke published in every newspaper, television news program and radio station in Canada, and that he and the other plaintiffs get a total of $150,000,000. He also demanded that the government officially sanction all of his religious accommodation bullshit. But, on August 12th, the Federal Court ended the lawsuit by declaring that it never existed in the first place.
A bitter bitter defeat. So what does Belanger have to say about it? If you relied on his social media the answer would be nothing. He's never mentioned the lawsuit in either Facebook or You Tube, not a word before filing it, while it was in process, or after his disastrous loss. I suspect that, as with Menard and his criminal trial for impersonating a peace officer, he was trying to keep it quiet hoping that it wouldn't be noticed. If Belanger defeated Rooke, triumph and vindication after decades of nothing but failures. But, if Belanger lost, why broadcast it about? In the past when his suckers found, to their cost in court, that his idiotic legal theories didn't work he blamed them. They were weak, they quit before his processes could work, and they lacked the faith necessary to defeat man's godless laws. But this was the master himself in charge of his own lawsuit based on the legal theories he'd promoted tirelessly for a quarter of a century. If he failed he'd have no one to blame but himself. And he'd failed. So, a bit of discretion was in order.
But he's resolutely put all that past him and is now marching forward as a newly invited member of the Lighthouse Law Club! You might well ask what the hell that is, I certainly did. However it must be a legit big-time operation, it has a Facebook page!

He could use the eyeballs, most of the videos have barely made double digits. Although I can't say I place a lot of confidence in a video titled "Don't cal (sic) me a sovereign Citizen!" That one locked up after 26 seconds.

Then, for whatever reason, he went off on an anti-Semitic rant. He claimed he'd lived with orthodox Jews in the 1970's who were quite candid in telling him their game plan. They consider we non-Jews to be animals who are to be lied to and treated like cattle. They felt free to tell him because nobody would believe him. He never seems to get around to naming them or giving any verifiable details. I've read or heard the story at least 20 times. So I skipped a few minutes. At 5:20 he's back on track offering his vast experience of failure and his knowledge of worthless gibberish to the Lighthouse club members who, as far as I can tell, already have ample supplies of both. He said that the information he is providing is "without dispute". He only gives real facts, not speculation, such as no judge being able to rule against you if you follow his teachings. Then five more minutes of his crazed babbling I'm not going to bother with.Brother Mark and I have shared a few words and it's come to both of our attentions (picks away at his teeth for a few seconds) that we both have a vast amount of information and we both should be inquiring in bringing together a circle of other men ans women who are informed and wish to do something beneficial for the world . . . . and we can aid each other immensely with the knowledge we have acquired over several decades of deep research.

Seats are limited? It's a teleconference. All he had to do was give the time and a connection number and, maybe, a quick outline of the proposed discussion topic. But that isn't Belanger's way in front of a camera. On about birth certificates, dead corporations. Then another rant against god-defying Jews. Apparently all of Belanger's problems were caused by the Jews way back in the Babylonian exile. When they returned to Israel they forsook God's laws and replaced them with Hammurabi's law. This, in Belanger's frenzied dreams, is still the basis of our legal system rather than God's law as laid out in the King James bible. So "Exiting Babylon" means escaping Hammurabi's Babylonian law and returning to God's real laws as interpreted by Belanger. When that happy day arrives all government officials will kiss Belanger's ass and the asses of all his followers because they will finally understand that they must accommodate, without limit, any idiocy that Belanger claims is part of his sincerely religious beliefs. His lucky acolytes will no longer be required to follow "codes, statutes, and regulations"! But it's a difficult path and requires listening to a lot of Belangerbabble. He's candid how things have gone so far "It's not working too good, we're not getting a lot of attention". He's too modest. I, for one, am giving him a lot of attention as are the courts of Alberta. His next video was just a little three minute short which had, as a main point, that international law was put in place by the United Nations as a risk-management exercise for the insurance companies. I have no idea what that means, a brand new bit of lunacy. He said that the Zoom conference goal was;

Funny how you refer to quitting as complaining to the private man at the privy council about the treason within the judiciary and going to the federal courts to try and invoke duty to accommodate as a prime directive by naming Rooke in a private suit only to find that the federal courts have no intention of respecting their locked in futy to accommodate as writing to the Canadian Judicial Council to find out they do not value their obligations either so I complained to risk management for the Province of Alberta and AIMco it's corporate treading arm. First off Ed I want to sincerely apologize if I got something wrong. I was told you are not doing Queens Bench summary conviction appeals of your couple convictions from last winter. If I got that wrong - I'm truly sorry. That is what I was told happened. How are your appeals going? If you have hearing dates I'd like to know because I'm in the Edmonton area and I'd like to watch. Or Witness. Bet some other people would like too.
Tim told me about that Federal Court lawsuit against John Rooke. I looked it up - thats docket T-2105-18? Where the statement of claim was "improperly filed"? If that's the lawsuit your talking about then that was just plain dumb. Jurisdiction. Ed thats so basic. Jurisdiction. Read the Federal Courts Act. Defamation is a tort, you sue in Alberta Queens Bench. That lawsuit was always going to be a loser. One of the best lessons I ever got from a Freedom Leader was from Dave Lindsay. He said "always litigate smart." Suing in a court that has no jurisdiction is not litigating smart. It's litigating dumb. Look - people call you Holy Ed because of stunts like that - litigating dumb. Of course the Federal Court is going to ignore you if you ask them to do something they can't do.

1) Youre telling people like me and the other nice folks on your video channels and zoom chats you have the answer the Freedom community has been looking for for decades. Be a sincere Christian and tell Babylon to accommodate the King James Bible. Its that easy.
2) So if you tell a cop I demand religious accommodation of your sincere King James Bible beliefs under the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties then the cop has absolutely 100% no choice but to accommodate what you say are your sincere King James Bible beliefs, right?
3) When you were arrested last summer despite having demanded that accommodation you were held in the ERC for months.
4) When you then went to provincial court and demanded the judges accommodate your sincere King James Bible beliefs they ignored you and convicted you and did that in front of Witnesses to your Faith.

The guy's an almost perfect clone of Robert Menard. Ponytail, beret, unzipped dark jacket, waving his arms at a whiteboard; I thought it was Menard for a moment. And that's all the research I'm doing on Kallenbach.
So what's Menard apologizing for? The video starts with what seems a blatant falsehood. Belanger said that during the "wire chat" he let Kallenbach speak for an hour and an half without interruption. I can't believe that Belanger is capable of allowing anyone to hog the microphone for more than a few minutes in any event he's participating in. He's a pathological talker. But he had to cut in, Kurtis is a vile serpent in God's temple trying to deceive us! So what did he do? He apparently said that Belanger is wrong! He denied that claiming to be a Christian would require all governments to bow down before you with abject servility and accomodate whatever you claimed your faith required. He refuted Belanger's key selling point! Snake indeed!
So, just a thought, if this is "absolute", if it's "already decided" and "stare decicis", why, after many attempts by CERI ministers, including one by Belanger himself against judge Rooke, has this never worked? Why, as Bill Smith asked about Carlo Berg, do judges keep totally ignoring this argument? Why is Carlo in jail if "men's secular laws have no jurisdiction over you whatsoever"? Why was Belanger himself recently convicted of drug offenses and served jail time since he must have used his own stare decicis absolutely binding international law arguments? Just asking.When you find somebody trying to deceive you into believing that you don't get to exercise faith . . . . . even though it's mentioned and codified in international laws and obligated duty upon those service providers who are regulated by the law. Since Belanger was cut off from the call it must have been a conference call hosted by somebody else which makes events more understandable. Kallenbach or another party were speaking on their own conference call when a demented loon broke in disrupting proceedings with wild rantings about satanic disbelievers and godless fornicators of dead prostitutes. Belanger is obsessed with his religious gibberish, he's wasted much of his adult life on it and he allows no discussion or dissent. He has absolute certainty that all of his beliefs are correct and he's been appointed God's watchman. Opposing positions aren't just wrong, they're satanic. He's never worked well with others. Much more of this and I see his membership in the Lighthouse Law Club being abruptly terminated. So he apologized for offending some but told them to reflect on what would have provoked Christ and compared himself to Christ facing the money changers in the temple.
And back to beating on the anti-Christ Kallenbach. He agreed that there may have been a wiser way of exposing Kallenbach but hey, insult a Sikh's religion and he'll get pissed off and pull a knife on you! So will a Moslem! It was his duty to shit on Kallenbach because members of the club "those dedicated lambs" were too stupid or innocent to see what he was up to. So Belanger was forced, out of his religious beliefs and concern for club members, to step in and cause an uproar. He brought up Robert Menard for no explained reason and tossed him in the same pot as Kallenbach. Then on to his obsession with dead prostitutes. What Kallenbach was really doing was encouraging everyone to go to bed with a dead prostitute "a diseased one at that". Suddenly he went off on a tangent involving UCC and labour codes that even I, with my vast background in his lunacy, couldn't follow. Maybe he's finally jumped the track. Then he told his listeners they had to either stand with him or Kallenbach. Those with intelligence and perception will side with him while the gullible and fools will go with Kallenbach. While not in those exact words that's how he essentially framed it. He told the Lighthouse Law Club members that instead of blaming him they should examine Kallenbach's motives for provoking him. Their egos are their worst enemies, they can't admit that he's right and they are wrong. He said that that he made the video so that they could all understand why he was so passionate against Kurtis Kallenbach. And remember "Every time we flush the toilet somebody's gotta pay". Words of wisdom paraclete, words of wisdom.
So he's blaming Kallenbach for provoking him rather than accepting any blame for his lunatic outburst. Great game plan! He's got two more videos after this but they constitute a half hour of his babbling about coming out of Babylon and I'm skipping them.
It looks like his participation in the Lighthouse Law Club is going to be another in his life-long list of failures. Failure has taken its toll. Belanger's had a precipitous fall from fame and followers. This video from five years ago was his high point with almost 170,000 viewings and 657 comments.
