I deduce from Page 43 of the document (marked "page 28 of 76") that "CSP" stands for "conspiracy". Sincerest congratulations on getting through the first section, I couldn't manage it.

Now, now, that's not fair. Otis was a better lawyer than DeAtley, and he's not in jail for ever and a day.
The fact that you sincerely and wholeheartedly believe that the “Law of Gravity” is unconstitutional and a violation of your sovereign rights, does not absolve you of adherence to it.
