Hi
Any advice on this please

I am looking for a freeman solicitor; and that is someone who represents someone in court in the capacity of a freeman. And what I mean by a freeman is a human being (and not a person) that lawfully (and not legally) dose not stand under any statute/ act of parliament/ admiral law/ law of the sea because they choice as Sovereign beings by there constitutional rights (magna carta treaty for the state of England and all other crown governed country) not to represent the corporative title they where given (there name or Mr/Mrs in upper case letters) when they where born in the form of a birth certificate

Have a look at this video, it is rayman Sinclair and someone ells with a hidden camera in court representing someone in count in the above means. I have looked Raymond Sinclair up on the net and he seams to have vanished off of the face of the earth (hope he is alright!)

Other forum members were similarly skeptical of the freeman solicitor seeker.

Pepipoo is not the site to go peddling that shite. It's a motoring help forum, they will help spot any legal flaws in a speeding or parking ticket, but will never condone going outside of the law, as this case showed:

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/articl ... oints.html

I believe the thread is still on Pepipoo.

I recall a "freeman" asking for tax advice on JustAnswer dot com . I decided to give him an honest answer, even though he could "ding" my rating on the site . (We didn't have an "illegal activity" report on the site, then. We do, now.)

The more I read, the more I think the OP is on a wind up. Wrong place to do it though, it belongs in a Facebook group.

Oh, I don't know, they've put it in the 'I've come here for an argument' section, and seem to be thoroughly enjoying themselves, so no harm, no foul?

Here is another one. I think the occasional little giggles tend to emphasize his mental status as a bit of a nut.

I do admire the determination with which he sticks to the same failing legal strategy.

Demand paperwork some of which exists and some of which exists only in his imagination.

Receive paperwork that does exist.

Declare the paperwork a forgery.

Rinse and repeat.

I had to stop when he said it was ‘Bonfire night in London’ and his video stamp was 14 Nov?

Is that the acceptable Bf night in London? Because everywhere else it’s 5 Nov?

For avoidance of doubt, national Catholic Opression Night has to take place at the latest on the 11th.

I could only get through a few minutes before turning off this rubbish. But, if my stupid-freeman-babbling to real-life translator worked, he wants Google to be responsible for taking down disparaging comments or articles on him?
So, is there some sort of UK equivalent to the US DMCA safe-harbor for providers?
Also, here, truth is an absolute defense to defamation. I assume the same for the UK?

Indeed it is but it's even worse for our delusional friend.

The fact of his convictions was established in a published judgement following a hearing at the RCJ by Judge Roger Berner. Reporting or referencing the judgement is therefore covered by absolute privilege and it would be utterly irrelevant whether the mention of the convictions were accurate or not... And they are.
