...are they mad or bad.
Except at the extreme I don't think madness and badness becomes an either/or question.

I've spent time in a few very "specialist" hospitals with company that ranged from the genteelly batty to the stark raving bonkers and none of them were as vile as Berry, Devine and Cant.

They are either vile and sane or vile and insane... I'm not over bothered which.
JULIAN: I recommend we try Per verulium ad camphorum actus injuria linctus est.
SANDY: That's your actual Latin.
HORNE: What does it mean?
JULIAN: I dunno - I got it off a bottle of horse rub, but it sounds good, doesn't it?

The critical issue is that they are vile, vile people, sane or otherwise. I don't think sanity or lack thereof has anything to do with it. I don't know about Ellis, BUT, if he is suffering from kidney failure, and I do think he is, then he is dialing in from a seriously altered and unlicensed and unregistered reality and isn't really responsible for what he is saying or doing. He does need real treatment, really seriously now, for which it may well be too late. It is not a pretty or pleasant end, but ultimately it is an end.
The fact that you sincerely and wholeheartedly believe that the “Law of Gravity” is unconstitutional and a violation of your sovereign rights, does not absolve you of adherence to it.

EWE has been peddling his batshit ideas for longer than his current medical conditions would give him an excuse for. All that seems to have happened is he's hooked up with some seriously unpleasant people in the last couple of years, rather than just hanging around with the saps who previously fell for his rubbish.

Apologies if this has been posted before but he was suspended indefinitely in 2006 (https://www.solicitorstribunal.org.uk/s ... 0Ellis.pdf). He was struck off in 2013 (https://www.sra.org.uk/consumers/solici ... ck/112804/) but I can't find the judgment on the tribunal website.

Pretty sure he was also on the vexatious litigants list for a while (as was Neelu), but as gov.uk only lists those currently on the list I can't confirm that.

In 2008 he made an application which the court said was 'wholly without merit' (https://www.bailii.org/ew/cases/EWHC/Ch/2008/2989.html, something to do with his father's estate). That usually means that the judge will consider a civil restraint order but that doesn't seem to have happened in that case.

He was supposedly up before the beak for a committal hearing on the 12th so that may well have been superseded by more current events.

Has Princess Nutbag not mentioned what happened or was the whole thing just another one of her psychotic delusions?

I thought the reference was to EWE. And kidney disease can have the side effect of confusion.
You would be correct, sir. I truly should have specified. Neelu and her cohorts are the vile, narcissistic worthless scum as stated earlier. I recognize that her vileness has grown mostly from a traumatic experience, but this is not the way.

Mmm. Solicitor General v Defendant usually means it's a contempt proceeding.

I suspect we should err on the safe side and not speculate until there is a ruling from the court!

Note: Just checked back. ExiledScouser mentioned this a few weeks ago.

Meanwhile, since this is unrelated it'll be safe to post, you'll never guess what interpretation the People's Princess has put on this polite letter to go swivel from Her Maj...
Buckingham Palace

Dear Neelu,

The Queen has asked me to thank you for your letter from which Her Majesty has taken careful note of the views you express regarding the Julian Assange case and the issue of those you refer to as whistleblowers.

I must explain, however, that as a constitutional Sovereign The Queen acts on the advice of her Ministers and remains strictly non-political at all times. This is, therefore, not a matter in which Her Majesty would intervene.

Yours sincerely,

Well, guess no more:
1/26/2020: I am smiling this morning…

So, as you all know, I wrote my 8 page hand written letter with the 39 pages of attachments and posted it by Registered Post to Her Majesty The Queen on 21 Jan 2020.

This is the response I got with a personal message from Her Majesty, naming “Julian Assange” and “Whistleblowers” dated 23 Jan 2020 by second class post received on 25th Jan 2020. It states basically, that Her Majesty The Queen will be asking her Ministers to deal with it.

Then I heard Julian Assange has been moved out of solitary confinement (1/24/2020) ….so smiles and smiles…. and no doubt all the other remedies will follow in stealth mode….

Refugees here from Hoaxstead may recognise the names the Rev Dr Anthony G Pike (not a Reverend, or a doctor and probably not a pike either) and Yolande Lindridge.

I shall leave this with no comment, other than, please no comment until after the decision. It's not a jury trial, but even so nothing to wreck it please!

'Stop crime, satanism and child abuse - lock up the police, judiciary and the govt' St Anthony

Urgent news just in from our beloved Yolande Lindridge, 68, in Maidstone, Kent is that our 'X-Girl' and veteran whistleblower, Neelu Berry, 60, in Hainault, Essex is going to the Royal Courts of Justice tomorrow morning to do battle with the Solicitor General who wants to put her permanently behind bars for telling the truth alongside her colleague, Sabine McNeill, 75, in Bronzefield Supermax who exposed the whole goddam Satanic Ritual Child Abuse at Christ Church, Hampstead and was rewarded with 9 yrs in jail. Meanwhile, the Satanists all got off scot-free and are continuing their satanic activities with the full support of the police, judiciary and the govt. O well, that's demo(n)cracy for you!!

Yours in the battle for planet earth,

Rev Dr Anthony G. Pike (UK)

Supermax.🤔 I bet Bobby Mitchell could get out of there as easily as she escaped from Wentworth, disguised herself as a plumber and shot Paul Robinson in Ramsey Street.

Your concern is duly noted, filed, folded, stamped, sealed with wax and affixed with a thumbprint in red ink, forgotten, recalled, considered, reconsidered, appealed, denied and quietly ignored.

That's rotten about the coin collection, Pottapaug. I may have mentioned that I had a secondhand MacBook stolen just shy of a month ago. It's a horrible feeling someone's been in your house while you weren't there.

I know Gregg was joking when he referred to Orange is the New Black on whack.

Prisoner Cell Block H was an Australian women's prison drama from the 1980s or thereabouts. I watched it occasionally, appreciating it in a "so bad it's good" way. It was (sort of) revived more recently as "Wentworth Prison". In the UK our very own women's prison drama was Bad Girls from the early 2000s. "Bronzefield Max" does have a certain ring to it though!

Love it when nutbags write to the Queen. Jennie Vine certainly does have her work cut out atm.

I'd be willing to bet ten billion Re or a shiny shilling (whichever be the greater) that Ms Vine doesn't exist and is just a pen name for somebody / everybody in the replying to nutters division of the royal household.

Possibly just a computer program that automates the process.
