The GBMS film was continually relaunched, each time to great fanfare and critical acclaim, packing cinema houses up and down the land to the rafters; the 'class action' predicated upon it was proceeding 'brilliantly'; sadly it did not and was in the end quietly consigned to the judicial shitter.

Having no success with the phoney courts he then turned to 'real' one, the common law court who predictably gave him a nice smooth ride and the outcome he demanded but since their judgements are worthless and no-one takes any notice of them he's no further forward.

Bitter? MoB? not a bit of it.

Kind of sounds like "Married Bachelor" to me. The entire point of criminal prosecutions is that they're brought by the state, not private citizens.

You are quite right.

What MoB appears not to have considered is the power of the state to pull the plug on private prosecutions it considers vexatious, wholly without merit or bound to fail. The CPS site says this;

the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) has power under section 6(2) POA 1985 to take over private prosecutions;
in some cases, the private prosecutor must seek the consent of the Attorney General or of the DPP before the commencement of proceedings.

I would imagine that MoB's rather nuclear option to prosecute the cabinet and all 650 MPs - all at once - would run into the latter, notwithstanding a 'top QC' wanting to commit career suicide by supporting this rubbish.

It only takes 2 seconds to establish all of this - a man of MoB's obvious intelligence either does already or should know where his plan is heading.
