Citizen Mr Hastunc relies on Interpretation Services from Citizen Mr Hastunc. He understands the music of the English Language but sometimes makes Technical Errors. He does the best he can.
I'm wondering what "Technical Errors" (with capital letters no less) means. In the absence of evidence to the contrary I'm going to assume it means "spouts legally groundless bullshit and doesn't have a clue how the law really works".

Too much nonsense to dissect on https://equitygovernance.uk/, but apparently there is Warm Corridor Fraud in the dialysis centre.

Now, why would President Biden want to make a speech like that?

Barking, meaningless gibberish.
The fact that you sincerely and wholeheartedly believe that the “Law of Gravity” is unconstitutional and a violation of your sovereign rights, does not absolve you of adherence to it.

This part caught my eye:
On 4th January 2021, the Triage Temperature for the Equity Lawyer taken on entry was 33.2 Degrees Centigrade. The Renal Nurse said he had been in the cold too long.
Buddy, if your body temperature is 33.2 degrees Centigrade, you've got mild to moderate hypothermia. Which is some feat on a day where the outdoor temperature wasn't even below freezing. What a drama queen.

After Neelu removing him from the consultation about his kidney problems, he sure is lapping up that NHS Dialysis now.

I remind Mr Ellis that he is still the subject of a GCRO. He must adhere to it. Any further breach is likely to make a material difference to the eventual sanction imposed.
With the words of Mrs Justice Cutts ringing in his ears EWE scuttled out of court and back under his bridge. “Better keep me head down and me gob shut, at least until I’m back before the old bat” would be my thoughts.

Flannel her with words of contrition, promise to be a good little Equity Lawyer from now on, steer clear of Neely and the Prince Bishops et. al.

Get a walk-out, get the kidney sorted. Maybe finally go see that shrink after all. Things are looking up.

Predictably though - no, they’re not.

From his lurking place he continues as usual - in fact his self-destructive mostly incomprehensible output and threats against the usual recipients seems to have actually increased. Perhaps with lockdown we’ve all too much time on our hands. Which is ironic really as time is what EWE will likely get with posts such as these. This time his effort at emailing each and every MP has partially failed due to some bouncing back. We all know why - FRAUD!!!!!!!! There’s mention of a new client - naughty naughty Eddie.

Does anyone know when he’s back before the judge?

More incomprehensible 'legalese' from EWE today. In so far as I can make sense of it, he appears to have involved himself in a child protection case. I won't bother to quote from the main text, you could probably construct an EWE court filing generator that would churn out stuff like it by the yard. However, the bathetic coda is worth noting.

He has, over the years, involved himself in multiple child protection cases. He really should have been imprisoned. And I'm a bleeding heart liberal, but he has wrecked families.

I think he has pretty much wrecked everything he's come in contact with hasn't he?

Being a bleeding heart liberal, something I am happy to be myself, doesn't preclude a desire for swift and brutal retribution when it's needed.

It looks like the Equity Lawyer has admitted shoplifting.
Warm Period in early and late spring caused Hay Fever and Concentration Lapses for the Equity Lawyer. Sometimes a Warm Period in February results in an earlier start. It creeps up on him. The Concentration Lapses occur before Other Symptoms. On 28th February 2021, he left the supermarket and about 7 minutes later could not remember paying, could not find the receipt and went back to check. It discovered he had not paid, He paid and has the receipt for £3.69. It will be a Common Experience for Many Others. The Concentration Lapses can impact in many ways. Cabinet Officers should give Due Notice to State Investigators.
It's the kind of thing you can get struck off for. Oh... :snicker:

I don't know what he's growing in his garden but there's been nothing producing pollen in mine so far this year.

"could not find the receipt and went back to check"

"Went back" or "was escorted back" I wonder.

It's hard to tell, but it looks like the Court of Appeal has refused to consider several of his incoherent filings.

I especially enjoyed:
The Equity Lawyer produced the Application Notices for Citizens but the Computer System would not save the content.

It looks like computer science has evolved sufficiently since my degree to recognise inputs and avoid GIGO scenarios. :snicker:

Interesting that he has resurrected his grievances about his claim of having invented electronic signatures. He's not mentioned that for a long time. (28+ in second document). He does however make the claim that the "Top Police, Top Customs and Top Judges were the Top Drug Importers in the UK." Well, that would explain the white powder in their wigs I guess.

Subject: (1) Rajan Ahmed, (2) Jakir Hussin -and- Bayram Yediayli
Dear Bayram, I hope you are well.

I had heard from Mr. Hussin and Mr. Ahmed’s solicitor. The court has scheduled a hearing for 21 April for 30 minutes. They are prepared to give us to 31 March 2021 to file your witness statement. I have asked for an additional week, and they are taking their client’s instructions further to my request. On the presumption we are not given the extra week, we should do our best to file your witness statement by 31 March.

Further to your WhatsApp message yesterday, I spoke with Mr. Can Say in the afternoon. He mentioned to me that you had attended Mr. Ellis’s property yesterday with the hope of recovering your documents. Mr. Say told me that Mr. Ellis was not prepared to give you the documents without you signing a form of authority, which I understand you did not sign.

I am not entirely sure what documents you provided to Mr. Ellis, but you should try your best to recover them. I had provided Mr. Ellis with your letter of authority to us that you signed. I am not sure why Mr. Ellis is asking you to sign a form of authority given that the documents belong to you. However, I urge that you do speak to Mr. Ellis and explain the urgency of the need to recover the papers from him.

Finally, as you will be aware, under the order (adjourning the last hearing), you are to pay their costs of £2,700.00, which is due today. If you are not in a position to pay that sum today, can you provide me with some details when you will be able to, so I can manage matters at this end.
