I'm not au fait with US sentencing, and I did say that I couldn't pull up the docket. However from the video...

It would seem that Pennsylvania has a minimum sentence which has to be served before you can been considered for parole, but a maximum over which if you fail to get parole you cannot still be held. So my reading is that as the sentences are concurrent, that largest minimum is the determinant sentence (i.e. 5 years for (8)) but if he fails to get parole he could be in jail for up to 10 years.

According to the docket as of this morning, Gale is awaiting trial.

The docket rates fairly high on the Dumbass Meter, even given that we are unable to retrieve the docs with names like "Affidavit of Sovereign Personam Jurisdiction Invocation", "Allodial Sovereign Bond" and "Notice to Commonwealth of Moroccan Embassy / Consular Action RE: Sharon T. Gale". Gale, you see, was released on bond back on April 18, 2019. She then failed to appear on August 19, 2019, and her bail was forfeited four days later. About three weeks later, she was brought back on the bench warrant and locked up for good.

She has a trial date of October 6, 2020. If anyone is in the Media, PA area then, this could be amusing.

I was kidding. Only do it if you're personally sufficiently interested.

It normally works as follows: you can only look at a file in the clerk's office. Either you bring in a means of scanning or you must use their (usually terrible) public copy machine. Cost varies from .25 to $1 per page for copying. Other courts require you to identify from the docket those docs you want, and they will copy. Call ahead.

ETA: I wouldn't go out of my way. We've seen plenty of writs of mandumbass before.

That's exactly what I used to do back in the halcyon days when the sovereign movement was flourishing here. I'd toddle off to the Supreme Court of British Columbia registry or the Federal Court of Canada registry in Vancouver or the Provincial Court in New Westminster and have the clerks pull files. Then I'd sit for hours rambling through them and, if the situation warranted, get copies. I couldn't do it myself, I had to flag them with paperclips and they'd do it at .40 a copy.

Docket says she finally pled guilty and after 18 months behind bars I suspect that with a maximum sentence of two years for her first two charges, the prosecution thought it wasn't worth the hassle pursuing the third.

No doubt, as is required by adherents, this will be spun as a great win and proof of Moorish legitimacy

Her partner in crime is still serving his sentence but that's mostly to do with his felony gun charges.
