I think it goes like this...

People who get Covid-19 may end up on a ventilator if it gets really serious.

To be intubated you need to be sedated.

Midazolam is used to sedate people on ventilators.

People on ventilators due to Covid-19 are very seriously ill and a lot of them die.

Therefore they were murdered with Midazolam.

It really is that level of batshit insane, cart-before-the-horse stupidity. One of the demands in his 'private prosecution' was that the court order that MIdazolam be withdrawn from use. Even if the court had the power to do that, which of course it doesn't, doctors would use something else or if O'Bonkers had his way they wouldn't use anything and the patient would probably die of shock.

He really is beneath contempt. It would be obvious to a moron in a hurry that the courts aren't going to entertain his crap for a second but that's not the point. He's asking for something that would cause immeasurable suffering and that is the point.

You're on the right track longdog, but it's even stupider than that.

Midazolam is routinely used in end of life care. If you die in a hospital, care home or hospice, there's a good chance you will have been given it before you go. Clearly that does not make Midazolam the cause of your death. A point which Waugh either through stupidity or maliciousness refuses to acknowledge.

If or when I end up at death's door with no hope of recovery I'm quite happy for them to push me over the threshold with benzos. Like opiates they are not something I'd consider a recreational drug as they're not worth the price you pay afterwards but I can think of a lot worse ways to go.

Even if O'Bonkers was half right... So what? Doctors have been quietly 'murdering' terminally ill patients for decades if not centuries.

Midazolam is routinely used pre-hospital as a relaxant/sedative, particularly if the patient needs to be intubated at the scene.

I've heard that, when a patient is terminally ill and in great pain, it is not unheard of for a doctor to send the patient home with a prescription for 30 pills of some extremely potent pain killer and tell the patient "Now, what ever you do, don't take more than two of these at a time. Four of them will make you very, very sick and ten of them will kill you".

Waugh seems to be suffering from delusions of grandeur and paranoia going by his latest posting.

https://www.thebernician.net/join-the-u ... evolution/
My friends, the UCT Speakeasy Revolution is not just about providing venues for raw and uncensored stand-up comedy – the literal front line of exercising the right to free speech.

It is also about providing every region nationwide with a multi-purpose venue that will not close, even if the rogue puppet government is stupid enough to try locking down this country ever again, whether on the orders of Big Pharma stakeholders in the City of London or otherwise.
In those Speakeasies, which will open in every corner of the country, you will not only be able to see the very best cancelled comics, but also every other type of censored, ‘live’, intelligent, cutting edge content, by speakers, artists, activists, teachers, mentors, writers, musicians, filmmakers and entertainers of all manners and descriptions.

So even if the worst happens and the Nazi-supporting government try to lock us down again, as it did in the Spring of 2020, there will be a Speakeasy that pops up near you, where you will be able to congregate with like-minded critical thinkers, to be presented with facts which will always be suppressed by the government controlled media.

This will be done in order to quickly organise peaceful but powerful and immediate grass roots resistance to whatever further crimes against humanity are committed by the puppets of the Sabbatean-Frankist cult, the public faces of which are the World Economic Forum and almost all the graduates of its ‘global leaders’ course, one of whom just so happens to be UK Prime Minister.
I thought I had a good grasp of conspiracy theories, but 'Sabbatean-Frankist cult' was a new one to me. Imagine my surprise when it turns out that it's an anti-Semitic trope.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Frankism
Speakeasy will also hold tax-free, indoor markets at selected venues, where local business owners can experience what a truly free market actually looks like and producers of all ethical goods and services will be able to sell directly to community members who attend, under the protection of the tax-exempt, government-free jurisdiction of Universal Community Trust.
That's a car boot sale, isn't it Michael?
There will also be a new ‘live’ game show playing at Speakeasy venues, along with everybody else who appears on the circuit.

It will be called Conspiracy Theorist Mastermind, featuring [subject to availability and inclination] courageously cancelled formerly mainstream voices like Sonia Poulton, James Delingpole, Matt Le Tissier, Gillian McKeith and Peter Ebdon.
Gotta love that caveat in square brackets! It's almost as if he's just put some names down without actually confirming their interest.

And while on the subject of availability, inclination, and excuses...
Thus far, the vast majority of UK comics are either so scared of the potential consequences of doing Speakeasy gigs that they turn down the opportunity, or they are so out of touch with reality that they wouldn’t be able to cope with the rooms of switched-on critical thinkers, who have filled and will continue to pack out every Speakeasy venue, so we haven’t bothered inviting them.
Oh, and if you were expecting an update on TGBMS and/or the PCP, it's coming real soon now.
Meanwhile, look out for my next blog post, which will take the form of an explosive update on the progress of the class action lawsuits alleging institutionalised criminal and civil frauds against the entire UK banking industry.

Suffice to say, we are about to demand that every fraudulent mortgage be cancelled on the application of every void mortgagor – a process that I have long since perfected and will soon publish, for the purposes of facilitating that end.

Moreover, that demand will be given on the emphatic understanding that failure to comply with it will result in the directors of every UK bank being named as defendants in our Private Criminal Prosecution [PCP] of the most prolific white collar criminals in legal history.

The service of this demand will naturally coincide with the next stage of the PCP against the Midazolam Murderers, the architects of which we can now prove, with mind-blowing prima facie evidence, conspired to kill hundreds of thousands every year for the past decade, in the name of giving them ‘a good death’.

We will therefore be giving eye witnesses to the Midazolam Murders the opportunity to tell their harrowing stories in front of ‘live’ Speakeasy audiences nationwide, without prejudice to the testimony relied upon in our prosecution of those responsible.

I wasn't aware that Gillian McKeith or, to give her her full medical title, Gillian McKeith (I love that joke) had been cancelled. I thought it was just that even the most cretinous ends of the television industry could only stretch an unqualified quack sifting through human excrement so far.

According to Wikipedia she tried to reinvent herself as an anti-vax guru to little effect. I can't say I'm in the least bit surprised.

As for O'B's post in general. It's so delusional that I can only assume it's due to a mental health crisis or a particularly strong batch of Bolivian Marching Powder. Even by his standards it's abnormally distanced from reality.
Errr... Mate... We've seen the photographs and seen the empty seats in those hotel meeting rooms you've been hiring if, and only if, you can sell enough tickets. Which it doesn't look like you can given the total silence about the last one.

It's such a bizarre business model. "Donate" £15 for a ticket to see unnamed comedians at an unnamed venue but the whole thing gets cancelled at the last minute if he can't sell enough tickets. Even his comparison to the illegal rave scene fails for the somewhat obvious reason that illegal raves were pay at the gate or free... Presumably 'sponsored' by the purveyors of rare and precious chemicals and fine herbs.

The lack of any listed "artistes" in the future shows makes me think that the few he had initially had fallen for the "Do it for the exposure and when this gets big we'll all be minted" routine. One look at the lamentable turnout for the first one was probably enough to make them doubt the future wealth so I'm guessing they have 'cancelled' O'Bonkers by now.

Ooh. The bankers are on the run!
Lloyds Directors Beaten, Bruised & Bloody After Letter From Dave Laity

Here lies an effortlessly incendiary letter by my brother in arms, Dave Laity, which was served yesterday upon Steven Crombie, Senior Manager Customer Services at Lloyds Banking Group, in relation to the myriad of institutionalised frauds the directors stand accused of.
https://www.thebernician.net/lloyds-dir ... ave-laity/

I won't quote much, but it is particularly laughable that someone who claims to be;
ex-professionals within the legal systems and currently private professional investigators
begins their letter with that old favourite;
NOTICE TO AGENT IS NOTICE TO PRINCIPAL
NOTICE TO PRINCIPAL IS NOTICE TO AGENT
and goes on to say that:
Referring to the 21 day requirement we placed upon the formal notice served on the board, we are satisfied from your acknowledgement that we now have joinder with the board members and that is something we have had difficulty with in the past.
Mr Laity then signs himself;
David Laity, BA, M.L.S.O.

Private Criminal Investigator

Criminal Consultant APPG

Criminal Consultant UK Police

Chairman Action4justice

Trustee People’s Union of Britain

Ambassador Transparency Task Force

Documentary Filmmaker
As far as I can make out, MLSO is Medical Laboratory Scientific Officer, which is hardly a specialist qualification in matters financial.

Oh and if that letter wasn't scary enough, Mr Banker in your suit and tie:
Coming Soon

In my next blog post, I will publish a notice to every UK mortgage provider, demanding the discharge of every fraudulently registered mortgage at the Land Registry.

I note that you suggest we report any criminality we are aware of to the police. It is not our responsibility to do so.
Actually it is... It's your civic duty to exactly that but...

"Where a person causes any wasteful employment of the police by knowingly making to any person a false report tending to show that an offence has been committed, or to give rise to apprehension for the safety of any persons or property, or tending to show that he has information material to any police inquiry, he shall be liable on summary conviction to imprisonment for not more than six months or to a fine of not more than [F3level 4 on the standard scale] or to both."

Criminal Law Act 1967.
Once identified and knowledge of circumstance is with the board members, it is their duty to report criminality to the appropriate authorities.
Yeah... Once that has happened. Not before and not on the say so of a crank.

Yet more delusional shit. I wonder if Laity is the whole legal team including the leading barrister, the top crown prosecutor (in three jurisdictions) and not forgetting that retired high court judge he bumped into in a pub.

Indeed.
As if that is not enough to be getting on with, I will also divulge an appropriately redacted account of how and why I have drafted two international treaties this weekend, for the purposes of establishing an Alliance of Indigenous Sovereign Nations

Risible, but in a UK context, the use of 'indigenous' is a racist trope, previously employed by the likes of Nick Griffin.

Interesting, learned something new today. In Canada it has a totally different meaning and is defined in the Constitution. In summary it means a person of aboriginal heritage falling into the categories of Indian (status, on reserve), Indian (status, off reserve), Indian (non-status), Inuit, and Metis. It becomes important when dealing with land claims settlements, treaty payouts and language rights. Some quite respectable organizations use it as part of their name, such as the FSIN. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Federatio ... us_Nations

And it makes a lot of sense in other countries where there is/was an actual indigenous or aboriginal population and is completely appropriate to do so. However, British right-wing nutters have appropriated that definition to mean white Anglo-Saxons, so that they can refer to other races as "invaders", and specifically the Afro-Caribbean and Asian migrations that occurred in the 1960s.

As my Mum is in the latter category, we tend to not engage in that sort of talk, as discussion leads to a semi-legitimising of its use. Of course, it is useless to point out to these morons that what could be called the indigenous population of the British Isles were brown-skinned (cf: Cheddar Man).

it is useless to point out to these morons that what could be called the indigenous population of the British Isles were brown-skinned (cf: Cheddar Man).
An issue which Waugh has previously addressed, revealing that he's not just an anti-Semite, but a full on racist.
Furthermore, when one merely scratches the surface of the increasingly prevalent claim that Cheddar Man is representative of the original Britons and that the white race has evolved from the formerly predominant black or brown races of homo sapiens, it immediately becomes apparent that the veracity of this position is entirely dependent upon the assumption that the Theory of Evolution is an immutable Law of Nature.

However, as there has not been one example of any species being observed to evolve into another species, either before or since Darwin’s theory was expounded in the 19th century, evolution remains nothing but an unproven theory,.
Obviously it's the evolution denial that stands out there, but the really pernicious bit is the implied idea that people of differing skin tones are different species from each other. The stench of neo-fascism is even stronger when Waugh goes on to claim that the idea of a dark skinned Cheddar man is part of a government conspiracy to oppress white people.
Cheddar Man is simply another miracle of ‘modern science’, the proponents of which claim to have proven that a pre-conceived theory [that the black race originally dominated Britain], based on an unproven hypothesis [that the white race evolved from the black], is supposedly shown to be fact by a mock-up of a dark face with blue eyes, that is almost certainly based upon a misleading DNA sample.

Without establishing what can actually be observed in nature before drawing these conclusions, the claims being made about Cheddar Man might well be part fantasy, part fiction, but there is absolutely no credible evidence to suggest that any aspect of the conclusions drawn are in any way factual.

This is flawed science by another name and black supremacism by yet another, as the hate-filled, government-backed propaganda continues to spew out on mainstream, alternative and social media, about people with fair skin, blue, green or grey eyes and various degrees of blonde or red hair, who are being denied their heritage, history and homelands.

It's all coming on top now for the banksters.

https://www.thebernician.net/uk-regulat ... -industry/
UK Regulators Face Criminal Prosecution For Failing To Regulate Mortgage Industry

In the first of a series of posts outlining the steps that are being taken by the Trustees of the People’s Union of Britain to end institutionalised mortgage fraud, the following Notice of Conditional Acceptance was served today by email upon the parties named below.

The urgently drafted missive was sent by senior lobbyist for mortgage fraud victims, Sebastian Leslie, banking expert Professor Nigel Harper, David Laity and myself, for and on behalf of every illegally registered mortgagor named in the Operation Meadow, Signatures 703 and TGBMS Class Action evidence files.

Those bundles of evidence contain more than a decade’s worth of emphatically substantive documentary proof that the accused parties have conspired to commit crimes which fall under the Serious Crimes Act 2015.

Hence, we gave them three days to provide material evidence to the contrary.
Let's have a look at Waugh's top team, shall we? What does Mr Google have to say?

Sebastian Leslie - The only person of this name I can immediately find with any web presence may or may not be the same person. What leads me to think it might be is this article from 2018:

https://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/news/scot ... t-13287493
A historic castle owned by a suspended Tory councillor and father of a star of TV hit Game Of Thrones has been repossessed.
Leslie, who sits as an independent councillor, was suspended by the Scottish Conservative Party until next year over unpaid council tax.
Court documents revealed that the pursuer in the case, Together Commercial Finance, asked the court to find Leslie in default for failing to comply with calling-up notices – legal documents ending a mortgage agreement, requiring repayment of all of the outstanding loan.
Earlier this year, he said he was trying to highlight what he described as corruption in the banking system.
(My bold)

Professor Nigel Harper - For a professor, he has a very small profile online. He's associated with something called the Transparency Task Force which lists his qualifications.
Nigel is a HMRC former Retail Banking Specialist. His role was to investigate banking egregious tax avoidance schemes and other bank criminal activity. There is a great deal.

FCIB, Qualified ACIB, FCBI, Chartered Banker, MBA Banking, , and Awarding Body Board Member of Retail Banking Academy International and Examiner.
https://www.transparencytaskforce.org/a ... el-harper/

Also listed with qualifications on Action4Justice

https://www.action4justice.co.uk/profharper.htm

David Laity - Ex-cop, listed on TTF site.
David’s latest venture since 2015 was to develop 4 luxury properties which, due to criminal fraud by Lloyds bank employees attempting to defraud him of his assets for their financial gain, he now finds himself embroiled in numerous litigation suits and member of victim groups assisting similar victims.
https://www.transparencytaskforce.org/a ... vid-laity/

I won't quote the actual letter, indeed I can't pretend to have done anything other than skim it. Waugh tells what must surely be a diminishing band of followers that:
As the prima facie evidence continues to pile up, we will be adding more defendants to the list above, who will over the course of the next few weeks receive the missive above, along with various enclosures.

In the almost certain event we do not receive the reasonably requested material evidence that the accused have not conspired to commit crimes which are caught by the Serious Crimes Act 2015, criminal proceedings against them will be issued without further notice.
It still strikes me as quite astonishing that he has the brass neck to post this on the same site that still has the evidence of his previous failures in plain sight!

I've saved the best for last. As mentioned on the EWE thread, events at Westminster are apparently part of this whole drama.
Furthermore, the timing of the resignations of ex-bankers, Rishi Sunak and Savid Javid, yesterday, speaks silent volumes more revealing than mere words could ever be, given that they coincided with the initiation of criminal proceedings which have the City of London stakeholders who pull their strings locked in their sights.

I'm all but 100% certain that 'Professor' Nigel Harper is no more a professor than I am and it's a self-conferred title.

Professor in the UK is a title conferred on very, very senior academics by their university and usually those close to retirement age. I doubt an MBA and membership of the Retail Banking Academy International, which appears to be of dubious reality to put it mildly, counts for much.

Easy enough to check - Nigel Harper is not a member of the Chartered Bankers Institute. That knocks out, if the acronyms are correct, FCIB and ACIB (these used to be Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and Associate when I was entitled to use one of the titles).

Chartered Banker qualification was from Bangor University (Wales) in June 2014.

Very difficult to find anything else that he claims.
