Clearly, our prisons aren't keeping the residents busy enough.

The inmates seem to have sufficient free time to maintain blogs, facebook accounts, and other social media presences.

All this, including their room and board, at the expense of the taxpayers.

The Punk A-- General is in the FDoC until AUG 2031, he'll do a minimum of 17 of the fed 20, earliest release AUG 2048, he'll be 77. And with the 230K restitution he'll be living in a cardboard box at the underpass of HWY 57 after he gets out.

Justice is served!!

Due to what I can only hope was a random synapse firing, I thought of the Punk-Ass General for the first time in ages and wondered how he was doing.

I checked his record at the Florida DOC web site, and he's now scheduled for release on October 13, 2030, ten months earlier than the date Frater I*I posted helpfully above at the time of sentencing.

Frankly, I'm surprised that he has apparently managed to keep his nose clean for four years of his time in Florida's delightful state-run vacation facilities. I think the consensus here was that he would continue to act like a smart-aleck know-it-all jailhouse lawyer and manage to offend someone, thus either getting in a fight that would wipe out his good time or perhaps even getting shanked.

Personally I think there's no way that ATW doesn't do every single year of his time (if he doesn't manage to break the law even behind bars and get it extended) at least until he's so old and crippled that all he can do is run his mouth with nobody taking him seriously in the slightest. He can't help himself, he's just like Rudy's old best friend that was trying to get him to help set up some long-con involving cryptocurrency from behind bars.
