Being the cause of several people getting CROs seems to be the only thing at which Mortgage Five Zero is successful.Hercule Parrot wrote: ↑Fri Mar 03, 2023 10:31 am By addendum to above, I have just serendipitously noted another case involving Mortgage Five Zero. Significantly, this dates back to June 2018, and MFZ have remained involved throughout the disastrous litigation. Their "client" Mr Kehinde Odukoya has lost his family home, and earned an ECRO.

And fleecing their naive, stupid, or greedy clients....
"the company that are helping me with the mortgage fraud claim are called Mortgage 5 zero. Here is the latest correspondence ive received from them .The claim isn't that the mortgage deeds ought to be signed, but the contract for mortgage ought to be. The law in this area is complex and overlapping hence the expertise required to place these claims before a court. But they have said that once I sign there contract which I have enclosed that they will requier a fee of £450 per month to deal with 3 mortgage claims in and out of court." https://www.justanswer.co.uk/law/fmt58- ... d-law.html
The rate for M5Z's 'legal expertise' appears to be £150pcm per mortgage. I wonder how many mugs they've hooked - potentially hundreds over a period of years.

£450 per month? Wouldn't that be better spent paying back the mortgage balance?

As I read it M5Z were claiming they could recoup all the money paid out on mortgages that had been redeemed, or current but not in arrears.
I have been contacted by a company called Mortgage five zero who are a mortgege claims agency specialist.
and it is this tipe of specialist information I am requesting at the wether my mortgeges for 3 properties I have purchased over the past 15 years all of which where purchased on morgages.

The latest not-to-be-missed instalment is out. The same talking-a-good-fight drivel we have seen for the last two years so you won't actually miss anything if you don't bother. Just more of the same Any Day Now™ waffle.

Oh, I don't know. He's claiming that in addition to his anonymous barrister, he now has an anonymous MP on board! The same talking-a-good-fight drivel we have seen for the last two years so you won't actually miss anything if you don't bother.
I guess there's an outside possibility that it could be anti-vax nutter and general bad egg Andrew Bridgen. As is a charge list for the impeachment of Sunak, which a member of the House of Commons [who shall remain nameless for the time being] has emphatically agreed to present to fellow members of Parliament at the earliest opportunity.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Andrew_BridgenOn 11 January 2023, Bridgen had the Conservative whip suspended after comparing the implementation of COVID-19 vaccines to the Holocaust. Prime Minister Rishi Sunak called the comparison "utterly unacceptable". Bridgen issued a statement two days later saying his tweet was not antisemitic and apologising to anyone genuinely offended. He said he was taking legal advice about action against those who labelled him antisemitic, contending that he had made reasonable questions about the side-effects of mRNA vaccines, and said he had "received huge support from ordinary people, medical workers [and] those who have experienced vaccine harms themselves".
In March 2023, Bridgen promoted a conspiracy theory claiming that COVID-19 originated at Fort Detrick.
As for impeaching Sunak, one suspects that Waugh suffers from the general FMOTL inability to distinguish between US and UK law. The process still exists in a vestigial manner but:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Impeachme ... ed_KingdomThe Joint Committee on Parliamentary Privilege in 1999 noted the previous recommendations to formally abandon the power of impeachment, and stated that "The circumstances in which impeachment has taken place are now so remote from the present that the procedure may be considered obsolete".
He's also doubling down on the PCP front:
It's amazing how he's simultaneously the target of black ops etc from the Deep State, yet has sources at the heart of the judiciary!Reliable sources have already informed us confidentially that nobody will stand in the way of our Private Criminal Prosecutions this time because everybody with an IQ above 75 knows the rigged political system is criminal in nature and is already on it’s last legs.
Not for the first time, one wonders if anyone still takes him seriously. On that note, his complaints about being 'shadow banned' on social media may be indicative that his audience has fallen away.

Re: Michael (of Bernicia) Waugh, UK bankster-buster
Private prosecutions are more like sausages than wines: they don't improve with age. See R (on the application of Director Of Public Prosecutions) v Sunderland Magistrates Court [2014] EWHC 613 (Admin): once an application for a private prosecution has been refused it can't be reconsidered.Reliable sources have already informed us confidentially that nobody will stand in the way of our Private Criminal Prosecutions this time because everybody with an IQ above 75 knows the rigged political system is criminal in nature and is already on it’s last legs.
Mr Waugh's "reliable sources", "top barristers/prosecutors/MPs/[insert positions]" etc are very reminiscent of Mrs Gamp's Mrs Harris in Martin Chuzzlewit, and like Betsy Prig I think we can safely say that "I don't believe there's no sich a person!"

Looking at his 'engagement' levels on social media I get the feeling that his audience is about evenly divided between loyal followers and fans of online dumpster fires. Added together I doubt they come close to three figures. Waugh has found another bandwagon to jump on. His latest wheeze is to try taking down London's ULEZ with the tried and true Three Magick Letters method.
A good way of increasing the penalty due.

Waugh has posted up a video of one of his followers paying the price for following his delusional version of mortgage law.

Unclear what it means that she was 'shut out of the court' - possibly disruptive behaviour? The Unlawful Eviction of Rosie Copeland is a harrowing video telling the shocking story of how a law-abiding, retired, single woman in her sixties was violently evicted by bailiffs, aided and abetted by a phalanx of police officers, who arrested Rosie and her fearless friends for trying to prevent the theft of her home, over a purported mortgage loan from Bank of Scotland that she never received and fraudulently registered mortgage documents she never signed.
Rosie is not only a very dear friend, she is also a UCT beneficiary and a courageous bankster-buster, whose long-running case is so watertight they had to shut her out of the courts to steal her home.
From 3:31 it sounds as if Waugh makes an personal intervention over the phone. Sound quality is generally poor, so hard to be sure. Of course he wouldn't actually go so far as to be physically present and risk arrest himself, that's for the foot soldiers. We are fighting at the Royal Courts of Justice County Court to have an Order of Restitution issued and treated as a matter a great urgency, in order to prevent the possibility that Rosie’s house isn’t fire-sold to a pre-arranged buyer for peanuts, so we need to make this video and its follow up go viral, to apply maximum pressure on whichever judge draws the short straw of dealing with her case.

I saw this as a response on his Facebook wall, possibly in relation to this event.

A quick Google reveals that Rosie Copeland is a professional artist, and works from the property that's now been re-possessed. By falling down the O'Bonkers rabbit hole she's not only lost her home, but her livelihood as well.

Bit of a tweeting frenzy from MoB today:
Referring to the Rosie Copeland eviction:
Referring to the Rosie Copeland eviction:
Amusingly, if you follow the #RestoreRosie hashtag, you get taken to:There has been an extraordinary twist in this already twisted tale this week, since hard evidence emerged of either a UK bank or somebody pretending to be a UK bank having forged the High Court Writ that was so brutally enforced in the video below.
Anyway, back to MoBHail Mary for Rosie!!!
Calling all patrons of the lost-hope dogs!!
Is there anyone out there who can restore Rosie's faith in humans, and give her a life she so deserves?
Please consider saving a life and just maybe a little bit of yourself by fostering/adopting Rosie
Another side note - while MoB's attempts to take former Health Sec Hancock down through legalese have stalled, Covid related proceedings for libel have been issued against him by one of his fellow MP's, the member for Bonkershire Andrew Bridgen.Yesterday my legal team and I were informed by staff at the Royal Courts of Justice that the current waiting list to have an urgent application heard by a judge is 13 weeks!!!
Justice delayed is justice denied, in breach of Magna Carta. The system is broken beyond repair.
https://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/p ... 36308.htmlAndrew Bridgen has formally begun a libel action against Matt Hancock following a row over a tweet.
After Mr Bridgen tweeted that the Covid-19 vaccination programme was “the biggest crime against humanity since the Holocaust”, the former health secretary described his comments as “disgusting and dangerous antisemitic, anti-vax, anti-scientific conspiracy theories”.
At an event in Westminster on Wednesday, held to announce Mr Bridgen’s defection to the Reclaim Party, the North West Leicestershire MP said he has submitted a defamation claim against Mr Hancock to the High Court.
