It's pretty pointless to try to explain the meanings of words to anyone who believes that "understand" has anything to do with "stand under", or that "Bar" is an acronym for "British Accredited Registry".

It's Nottingham, by the way. There must be something in the water there.
The usual nonsense with an appearance of Andrew Devine (sorry, that's Baron Andrew of the House of Devine)'s yt channel, but I think declaring the court to be a crime scene is relatively new in Freeloaderville.
8. should add that the Defendant expressly disavowed his family name, and wished to be addressed in court as 'Jason-Steven'. His full style is 'Jason-Steven: Wong. Of the House of Wong'. Documents served on him in his family name were met with the response:
"You are in violation of the terms of my Performance-Contract-Claim by the Commercialization-Violation of my Common-Law-Name. [Mr Wong] is a Legal Fiction and it has been made clear to you".60. I reject the Defendant's primary assertion that the hearing in Nottingham on 18 February 2022 was a "sham court", not 'authentic', not held in a properly constituted courtroom, and was not heard by a duly appointed judge, or one authorised to hear public law CA 1989 / ACA 2002 cases. These propositions are all utterly baseless. It is to be noted that the Defendant made a similar unfounded claim that the hearing of this application for contempt was similarly not properly constituted (the Defendant has continued to refer to these proceedings under "Alleged Case Number…" and referred to me as "… acting as Judge Justice Cobb"), which of course I have no hesitation in rejecting. I dismiss his assertion that the hearing in Nottingham was a "crime scene"; his purported claim under Part 18 CPR for sight of the court file in order to demonstrate this is dismissed as totally without merit.Q: Do you know anything about section 97 of the Children's Act?
A: I know it doesn't apply to me. Because I'm a living man. I'm not a person. I'm not a corporation. I'm not a dead entity. It's corporate law. I do not consent to it. … I'm not a part of that corporation. I don't agree to the terms. And, one other thing is it wasn't a real -- it wasn't a court hearing."

A classic case of Playing Stupid Games and winning Silly Prizes! His actions were never going to affect the outcome of the proceedings or achieve anything tangible. Instead he loses his liberty and is £5k worse off. It was all completely avoidable but I’m prepared to wager the sentence will do little to alter his beliefs.Albert Haddock wrote: ↑Tue Nov 21, 2023 6:28 pm

It’s like the freetard I watched spend more time on remand for failing to appear than he would ever have been awarded on sentencing. Fortunately for him, the judge was humane, referred to him as having become “eccentric” and opted to suspend the inevitable sentence; for which I add, he refused to appear in court. His reaction was I suppose predictable, “They had to give me a suspended sentence because I wasn’t guilty”. That is a very special kind of stupid.

If that had been the case wouldn't he have been released on time served on remand if it hadn't been suspended?TheRambler wrote: ↑Tue Nov 21, 2023 7:48 pmIt’s like the freetard I watched spend more time on remand for failing to appear than he would ever have been awarded on sentencing. Yes, you are absolutely correct. The point I was trying to make was, that had he appeared in the first instance, although it was unlikely that he would have received an immediate custodial sentence, but had the judge been less “understanding” and decided to commit him it would probably have been for a shorter than the time he inflicted upon himself. That takes a special kind of stupid. He displayed delusional behaviour from the beginning and once in the hole of his own making was unable to stop digging. Mr Wong appears to exhibit many similar characteristics.Albert Haddock wrote: ↑Tue Nov 21, 2023 8:30 pmIf that had been the case wouldn't he have been released on time served on remand if it hadn't been suspended?TheRambler wrote: ↑Tue Nov 21, 2023 7:48 pmIt’s like the freetard I watched spend more time on remand for failing to appear than he would ever have been awarded on sentencing. Yes, standard FOTL 'Removal of Implied Rights of Access', that has no effect whatsoever on anyone with a statutory right of entry to your property. That is, police, fire service, HMRC, utility companies, planning officers (who, no doubt, will be interested in the giant wooden fence around the property that I doubt has planning permission).

Why?Bristol City Council has been approached for comment.
As has been said, standard FMOTL stuff, I've seen the template in a few FB groups.

Upset? hahaha boy you sure learned a lot from them as far as making shit up, assigning beliefs and emotions eh? Documenting? HAHAHAH! Is that what you call making shit up and assuming the worsts they can? They are not biased at all are they? hahaha If their opinions are so superior, why do they hide their identity, and act contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada?
What is clear is that this FB Page is not a community operated by Freemen, or supporting the Freeman movement. More likely it is someone paid by the government to undermine the beliefs.
This is an Anti-Freeman government run propaganda operation.
That shows they are scared of it, and for some reason need to put a whole lot of energy into countering it, which if it had no basis, would not be necessary.
YOU putting all your energy into dissing the beliefs proves YOU are fearful of it. Why is that?

Source please.
As far as moose attacks go we see more bears than moose. Had one in our back yard a few years ago and another time my wife hit one with the car.

I think this is another annexed Facebook group. Myself, Longdog & a few others frequent some of their groups. In his wisdom, Zuck invites random strangers like us to take over as admin if the original admin has gone or has been inactive for a while.
We'll usually go in & put in post approval to stop the spam and porn bots posting, clean the swamp and announce that new admins are in town.
He is in this group that we now run.

Thanks, I'll check it out. While I try to follow Menard's drunken fantasies of there being an actual future for his completely discredited Freeman 'movement' he now says next to nothing of interest on his Facebook page. Being completely useless at the internet I'm not capable of finding out where he now tries to promote his sad desperate attempts to pretend he's still relevant to anything.
I can't speak for the secret power structure running the world that's clearly terrified of Menard's awesome power to demolish the current order but I'm just "dissing" him as a retirement hobby. That shows they are scared of it, and for some reason need to put a whole lot of energy into countering it, which if it had no basis, would not be necessary.

That's one hell of an anti-Quatloos rant. Nice to know I'm keeping Menard active and engaged as he approaches his retirement years.

Hmmm, that does look remarkably similar to my name up there in the corner. I don't recall Menard being banned from here although I do recall arayder being banned for obsessing on him. Wonder if it makes Bobby happy to know that arayder is still obsessing over him?Your actions certainly seem to be inline with their type of actions. Insult while hiding your identify, and then remove people from the group? hahahah

I don't recall Menard ever posting on Quatloos, if he did he certainly wasn't banned. But, as you can see from his postings on 'Freeman On The Land Community Worldwide', he has nothing left to say but pathetic childish tantrums.
I don't know if Arayder is posting about Menard any more. He was a very frequent poster on Menard topics on Fogbow and the JREF Forum but his last posting on JREF was March of this year and I can't find the last time he posted on Fogbow. Maybe he's out of the game.
