Searching for John Harris & TPUC

First time poster here. I'm an academic based in the United States. I'm doing a project on John Harris and tpuc.org. As a guru, Harris is fascinating. I think his career provides insights on the psuedolaw/sovereign phenomenon. The project traces his career and the rise/demise of tpuc.org. I'd be interest in just about anything anyone can tell me about him or the tpuc.org community. I've learned a lot from Quatloos archive (not to mention the Wayback Machine).
