Oh, Baron Ward does indeed rule from the grave, every week some official body will get a lien or two posted or emailed to them, and they are still being posted on the Baron's legacy site. See these two FOIAs about a year ago:

Yes his influence is still prominent among those who popped up to replace him. Go into any fmotl run Facebook group and undoubtedly you'll run into someone spouting off about liens and affadavits.

Spotted on one of the fit-your-meter-and-get-free-electricy groups. For those across the Atlantic, Greg Jackson is MD of Octopus Energy. We'll never know how it turns out, posts reporting failures are not permitted in those groups.
"I've served & lodged a legal Lien against Greg Jackson following the BDW protocols. Many are doing the same. It's about getting the claimant to provide factual material evidence, which is a Maxim in law. All letters they send to you are material evidence of Fraud. I've never thrown anything away."

Re: Baron David Ward
Or if they do post a follow-up where they've had bailiffs knocking at the door or a CCJ in the post, it's always seen as "proof" that the process has worked but the utility companies, local authorities, etc. are too scared to admit that Baron von Trampbeard was right all along.
