Ed Brown's latest motion

Post by Dezcad »

Ed Brown, despite his previous rants and statements that the courts are just fictions, has filed a Motion to Vacate his sentence, which can be viewed here.

Note that this Motion is filed:

"Under protest necessity and by special visitation only".

It's also now an Honorable Court.

His hand printing is OK (better than mine would be).

Also, he did include "All Rights Reserved".

Doesn't that count for something?

Oh, wait, he left out:

--"void where prohibited by law"

--''mileage may vary"

--"not certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization"

and

--"may contain up to 10% ethanol."

That invalidates the whole thing.

Notice that Ed still calls himself a defendant, he still doesn't get that the trial is over.

BTW: what is the story behind the claim of the poster about being able to avoid paying income tax on rent received?

He challenges the constitutionality of statue. Exactly which statue would that be? The Statue of Liberty or maybe the Daniel Webster statue at the New Hampshire State House?

I like the fact that he wants to "pursue this case to its next level."

He's going to ask for its hand in marriage?

If nothing else, you have to admire his tenacity - it smacks of the Black Knight scene from Monty Python and the Holy Grail.

Whoa, webhick...I think maybe he wants to go steady with it first - maybe get some heavy petting in.

But Ed himself has said that he moves really fast. One second he's trying on your underwear when you're not home and next thing you know you're groggily coming to in a Vegas hotel room with a cracker jack box tin foil wedding ring and a tattoo on your chest that says "Ed speaks for me now. Don't let me escape."

Now I want to gouge my eyes out with a sharpened stick, right after I burn the contents of my underwear drawer.
