A new update. What I have kept under wraps for a little while is that following the Defamation Action (BC) and the first attack video, I brought an Action against Kevin in Defamation, he responded by making more videos. This morning in KB Chambers in Calgary I obtained a rare interlocutory injunction restraining Kevin from defaming me on the internet and elsewhere, and ordering the removal of the videos. Now time will tell if he needs a trip as a guest of His Majesty to comply. I'll upload the Order when it comes in.

Good stuff! I was aware of the videos and court proceedings so I have purposely avoiding posting any updates or links about their antics. In keeping with this, I can't post any links to their latest foray into silliness since it would include the defamatory videos in question.
Time for some background - In Canada, members of provincial parliaments (MLA's in Alberta) retain a small office(s) in their home riding. The staffers, as part of their responsibilities, answer phone calls and other communications from the public who have issues with government services. If you have a valid problem they can be incredibly helpful at solving problems. As a personal example, I became interested in the process of selling a cemetery. Two hours after speaking to my MLA's office I received a call from a civil servant who was the subject matter expert who explained the pitfalls to me and that they viewed the proposed transaction as suspicious and would be monitoring it. Anyways, if you have sat through that, the Kumars have taken to posting videos about them calling assorted MLA's with tales of woe that the Alberta Courts don't like them. Sooner or later, one of those staffers who have studiously ignored their complaints will show some initiative and pass the information to Service Alberta. It was the fraud branch of this department who were the leaders in taking down Kevin Kumar and Derek Johnson in their fake mortgage days.

Well after a few hiccups, the Injunction Order is out.

I was wondering about the progress on that since as of a few days ago the offending posts were still up. I did note however that publicwatchdogcomplaintline.ca had gone through an ownership and host change. If you do a deep dive on the WHOIS however the technical support person is listed as Colton at Kevin's address in Vernon and the technical support phone number is one of the "shared" numbers from unitedwestandpeople. Kevin gives a phone to various of his "chosen agents" who talk to creditors. This one has up as assigned to an address in Winnipeg, and twice to various of his workers in Ontario.
