Bobby Kahre has not asked if he could run for Congress for the Independent American Party. He has not informed me that he was even considering anything but preparing for trial. I decided just today that this man is the bravest man in America and that he is on equal footing with the 56 Signers of the Declaration of Independence who placed their Lives, Fortunes and Sacred Honor on the line in 1776 AD. If not a man that is an EQUAL to Henry, Jefferson, Adams, Franklin and Washington then whom should we support?

Should we support government leaches like Heller, Berkley or Porter who violate their oath of office with every breath?

Bobby Kahre is on trial for Income Tax Evasion. So why would we ask him to RUN for Congress as an Independent American? The reason is simple. He has the GUTS to stand up to the most corrupt Government departments that have ever existed. He is standing up against the IRS, the Federal Reserve Banksters, the Corrupt Federal Judiciary and the Filth in the Department of INJustice.

It is the same prison time U.S. District Judge Larry Hicks gave Strip club briber Michael Galardi and ex-County Commissioner Mary Kincaid-Chauncey also got 30 months. Ex-Commissioner Dario Herrera’s got a 50-month sentence for perjury and bigger bride and sexual favors.

Murderer, Racketeer, Mobster and Crazy Horse Too owner Rick Rizzolo to 12 months and one day a the Federal Correctional Institution in Taft.

So why would the government threaten this honest man that everyone that who knows him says is kind and wonderful?

Simple! Because Bobby Kahre is the most honest man in America and he is exposing the greatest Fraud in the history of the world… The Federal Reserve System and its collection arm the IRS. He is exposing the FACT that the ‘money’ you carry in your pocket ain’t money. Those Green pieces of paper aren’t Dollars.’ They are frauds! It is nothing more than irredeemable Federal Reserve Notes and 9 out of 12 jurors learned the truth in the last trail. the last 3 jurors that voted for conviction were either too stupid to understand the Facts or Worked for the Government and supported this fraud.

The judge on this case would be impeached for treason if we had any men or women in Congress that cared about their Oaths of Office. but we do not so he sits there and judges other when he should be on trial for TREASON!

DEFENDANT ROBERT KAHRE’S NOTICE OF EXPERT EVIDENCE OF A MENTAL CONDITION BEARING ON THE ISSUE OF GUILT PURSUANT TO RULE 12.2(b), F.R.CRIM.P., WITH POINTS AND AUTHORITY

Defendant Robert Kahre, by and through counsel undersigned, hereby gives Notice to the Government and this Honorable Court of Expert Evidence Of A Mental Condition Bearing On The Issue Of Guilt, pursuant to Rule 12.2(b), Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure (“F.R.Crim.P.”), U.S. v. Cohen, 510 F.3d 1114, 1122-1127 (9th Cir. 2007); U.S. v. Finley, 301 F.3d 1000 (9th Cir. 2002) and U.S. v. Morales, 108 F.3d 1031 (9th Cir. 1997) (en banc), as more fully set forth in the Memorandum of Points and Authorities infra.

MEMORANDUM OF POINTS AND AUTHORITIES

1. Rule 12.2(b), F.R.Crim.P., Notice of Expert Evidence of a Mental Condition, provides:

If a defendant intends to introduce expert evidence relating to a mental disease or defect or any other mental condition of the defendant bearing on either (1) the issue of guilt or (2) the issue or punishment in a capital case, the defendant must – within the time provided for filing a pretrial motion or at any later time the court sets – notify an attorney for the government in writing of this intention and file a copy of the notice with the clerk. The court may, for good cause, allow the defendant to file the notice late, grant the parties additional trial-preparation time, or make other appropriate orders.

2. Pursuant to this Court’s Order issued on Friday, February 15, 2008, “the deadline for the filing of pre-trial motions/motions in limine in this case is 2/20/2008.”

3. On Monday, February 18, 2008, your undersigned retained Dr. Karen L. Cruey, M.D., to conduct a psychiatry evaluation of Defendant Robert Kahre.

4. Dr. Cruey’s medical offices are located at 2340 Paseo del Prado, Suite D207, Las Vegas, NV 89102; Dr. Cruey’s telephone numbers are: (702) 247-1703; fax (702) 247-4082. See Dr. Cruey’s Curriculum Vitae attached hereto.

5. On Monday, February 18, 2008, Dr. Cruey preformed a psychiatry evaluation of Defendant Kahre.

6. On February 19, 2008, Dr. Cruey advised your undersigned that she has reached a preliminary conclusion that Defendant Kahre suffers from a mental condition, inconsistent with specific intent, i.e. “willfulness,” as a result of traumatic events occurring during his childhoodformative years, including, inter alia: (1) abandonment of his birth father, whom he never knew; (2) third degree burns from a fire caused by negligent property owners; (3) enduring at least eight reparative surgeries by the age of 11; (4) an unscrupulous attorney engaged by his mother to sue the
negligent owners responsible for the fire who embezzled the money paid for the damages; (5) attempts as a small child to defend his mother from spousal abuse; (6) consequent abuse of Defendant Kahre, a small and vulnerable child, by multiple step-fathers; and (7) egregious betrayal by persons in positions of responsibility.

7. Upon completion of her psychiatric evaluation of Defendant Kahre, Dr. Cruey will submit a final report to be provided to the government and filed with this Court, supplementing this Notice.

8. Defendant Kahre respectfully submits that Dr. Cruey’s testimony will assist the trier of fact within the meaning of Rule 702, i.e. “Bolster[] the contention that [Kahre] ha[s] a good faith belief that he [is] acting in accordance with the law, thereby negating the mens rea element” of the charges against him instanter. U.S. v. Cohen, supra, 510 F.3d at 1123-24; see also Cheek v. U.S., 498 U.S. 192, 201 (1991) (holding that a defendant cannot be convicted of violating a federal tax law if he harbors a good faith belief that he was not violating any of the provisions of the tax laws).

I guess this is what happens when Ron Paul finally gets a peice of legislation passed.

In 1985, Ron Paul and other congressmen challenged our country’s currency system, which was monopolized by Federal Reserve Notes (FRNs) — the familiar greenbacks in American wallets. The congressmen successfully pursued the Gold Bullion Coin Act, which required the U.S. government to mint and place gold coins in denominations of $50, $25, $10 and $5 into circulation based on demand. The coins are made of 91.67 percent pure gold.

The ultimate purpose of the act was to allow Americans to invest in gold. However, it also brought sanity back to this country’s monetary system by establishing a dual system. Instead of the Federal Reserve solely providing the money supply by endlessly printing FRNs, the U.S. government now minted and circulated precious metal coins.

In the mid-’90s, Kahre began exercising this alternate system. He compensated workers for their labor in the form of these gold and silver coins versus FRNs. The workers calculated their income and tax liability based on the face value of the coins.

Investing, the rest followed as an inevitable consequence. (Matter of time before someone tried to claim a coin worth $800 was only worth $50 because that was it's face value).
