Is this a stalling tactic? Anyone, anyone...The motion, filed Tuesday by attorney Robert Bernhoft, indicated Snipes had made the decision and noted that Snipes is still represented by attorney Daniel Meachum and members of Meachum's Atlanta-based firm.
Snipes' dismissal of Bernhoft and company in favor of Meachum is a mirror image of previous actions.
The actor fired Meachum last October before the case went to trial and brought in Bernhoft. That prompted Hodges to delay the trial. Snipes requested and received permission from Hodges to bring Meachum back into the case just before the trial started in January.

I'd be interested to hear what Bill Branscum has to say about this. The Observer wrote:Or he got the bill from Bernhoft and Co. and now has come up with this [sarcasm]very cunning[/sarcasm] plan to get out of paying them.Famspear wrote:Was Snipes gettin' advice he didn't want to listen to?
The laissez-faire argument relies on the same tacit appeal to perfection as does communism. - George Soros
