Yes, I have.
It's one of the dumber scams out there--making terroristic threats and confessing to conspiracy to commit murder in one easy step. When the cops catch up with the sender, it's going to result in a lengthy timeout in a PMITA prison.
Also, the sender never quite knows who the recipient is . . . or how they might react.
I'd simply send an answer back that asks, "How much are you willing to pay to keep ME from killing YOU?"

I'm afraid I called my local FBI office and forwarded him the e-mail, the first time.
So, I'm a little gullible. (It would have been more impressive if the spammer had put my name in the E-mail, rather than offering to reply with my name for the first payment.)
