Actually, this one is even funnier: http://www.makethestand.com/ftopict-1742.html

From what I've pieced together about this Maid Marion lady, she writes all these screeds while sitting on the veranda of her retirement home - in Mexico. She is definitely suffering for the tp cause!
You're confusing Bill Riley (Dogwalker's brother) with Dave Ridley (A FreeStater) who puts video on youtube called the Ridley report - one of which was the video of the Dogwalker confrontation with the US Marshalls. Bill Riley mentions the Ridley Report on his blog.

Not only does she live in Mexico but she was born in Canada......

There is so much about him that can be found at his website and just by googling Raymond Krarczewski. He's a throwback usenet kook who has been banned from and kicked off all forums except for makethestand.

He has never collected a nickel AFAIK. Due to his age and failing health and the fact that almost everyone knows he is a kook and ignores him, law enforcement resources are focused elsewhere. He's just screaming in the wind with no real affect. But he did recently have his car impounded for lack of license, registration etc.

The jury sent out seven notes in the first day of deliberation.
- Parking lot items
- easel, markers (dry erase easel / regular)
- Daily schedule - what is it, or who makes it?
- We would like 3-y highlighter pens to mark up documents
- We would like “push pins” to post easel sheets etc. up on the wallboard
- Also, 1 more black dry-erase marker
- Can we see exhibit 7b-2?
- Can we see exhibit 7b-2a?
- Can we see exhibit 7a?
- Can we see a complete list of exhibits?
- Exhibit 1b is not the same Dan Riley 3/2/07 video blog that we were shown in evidence. We need the correct 1b, the March 2007 video indicating support for the Browns and Riley’s intent to come visit in a couple of weeks.
- The jury needs to adjourn no later than 4:30 pm today. Can this be accomodated?
- A juror needs to be at their town clerk’s office before closing at 6:00 pm today in order to conduct legal business. The juror’s town office facility is no less than a 50 minute drive from the juror parking area here in Concord.

hmm, they certainly appear to be in it for long haul. I don't expect to see a verdict for a couple of days. I think its good that they take their time, it will show that jurors do take their job seriously, as opposed to what many TP's seem to think. I had the idea that this would be a slam-dunk for the US. Was there really any doubt created in your minds (those that attended)?

I think there's significant doubt on the explosive's charge against Jason.

I think there may have been some doubt on the gun charge against Reno after the government rested, but that doubt went away when Reno took the stand.

There is always some doubt where conspiracy cases are concerned, because the common definition of conspiracy is not the same as the legal definition of conspiracy.

From: Jose M.

Subject: Pled the 5th ? ? ?

Body: Truthers must have read, by now, that I exercised my right to protect myself from self-incrimination and, therefore, was removed from testifying in the trial of my son, Cirino "Reno" and the other so-called Browns supporters.

Sparing readers the tedious details of the situation I will say that I went to Concord, New Hampshire with every intention of testifying the truth.

In fact, when sworn in to "… tell the truth; the whole truth…" I replied "That is ALL I do."

The judge responded with a double-take (I'm sure that is not on the record).

The judge asked me if I understood my 5th amendment rights against self-incrimination.

I answered "Yes. I do."

Upon my declining court-appointed counsel, Mr. Bownes (Cirino's lawyer) insisted on my being assigned an attorney even if it was against my will.

I accepted an attorney to appease Mr. Bownes.

Cirino's brother, Romeo tearfully admitted to having taken the 5th and was dismissed from the witness list.

After several short meetings I requested (on the record) and was denied immunity from prosecution.

Eventually, one of the prosecuting attorneys gave my lawyer a print-out of the Alice Echo News-Journal in which I was quoted as saying "We recommended putting up plywood…" explaining that they said that was enough to "convict" me.

I informed my attorney that I do not respond well to threats and insisted all the more on testifying.

I explained that I had already experienced what the Marshals were capable of doing to me outside of the law; why should I fear what they can do to me legally?

Finally, when I was about to testify, Cirino took the stand (probably to prevent ME from doing so).

At this point, my attorney convinced me that my testimony may only make matters worse for Cirino and the others.

I agreed to plead the 5th ONLY if he stated FOR the record that I was doing so "Under duress."

The attorney did so and we were then allowed to attend the remainder of the proceedings.

The news papers did not reflect this fact and it is gravely important for people to understand that my testimony WILL be considered "new evidence" supporting an appeal (if needed).

On a side note; Cirino made that cross-examination prosecutor his bitch (pardon my passion).

I feel confident that Cirino will be found innocent and hope the same for the others.

As opposed to this quote from the same newspaper.
Jose M. Gonzalez said he was afraid for his son’s safety, and was considering driving to New Hampshire to join Cirino. Although his occupational speciality in the Army was as a truck driver, Jose M. Gonzalez said he is reluctant to join the group in New Hampshire because he might be compelled to use other information he learned in the service.

“I had trained as a…[I’m not supposed to say it, but I guess I’ve been out long enough]…as a specialist in nuclear, biological and chemical warfare,” Jose M. Gonzalez said. “This is what scares me. I know how to kill people in mass quantities. I don’t want to go up there.”

At this point, my attorney convinced me that my testimony may only make matters worse for Cirino and the others.
Wait a minute - you were convinced by one of those BAR attorney-types that telling the truth would make matters worse? An attorney that you had to accept under duress?
I agreed to plead the 5th ONLY if he stated FOR the record that I was doing so "Under duress."
That's a strange concept - being forced to claim a constitutional right. I thought that the patriot movement has been arguing that the evil government has been denying your rights. The minute you find yourself in the courtroom of the enemy you wanted to give up your rights?
The attorney did so and we were then allowed to attend the remainder of the proceedings.
This is an assumption on my part, but I would wager that if you insisted on following your game plan of getting on the stand and telling the truth, you would have been allowed to participate.
The news papers did not reflect this fact and it is gravely important for people to understand that my testimony WILL be considered "new evidence" supporting an appeal (if needed).

I accepted an attorney to appease Mr. Bownes.
How noble.
After several short meetings I requested (on the record) and was denied immunity from prosecution.

No surprise here. Since his testimony isn't essential, why should he be given immunity. I thought Jose didn't "fear what they can do to me legally?" - so why do you need immunity?
Eventually, one of the prosecuting attorneys gave my lawyer a print-out of the Alice Echo News-Journal in which I was quoted as saying "We recommended putting up plywood…" explaining that they said that was enough to "convict" me.
If that article wasn't enough then certainly your testimony at this trial would do it.
I informed my attorney that I do not respond well to threats and insisted all the more on testifying.
Ironic then that you didn't testify.
I explained that I had already experienced what the Marshals were capable of doing to me outside of the law; why should I fear what they can do to me legally?
So, again, why do you need immunity?
Finally, when I was about to testify, Cirino took the stand (probably to prevent ME from doing so).
Unlikely that this was the sequence of events.
At this point, my attorney convinced me that my testimony may only make matters worse for Cirino and the others.
So you CAN listen to reason.
I agreed to plead the 5th ONLY if he stated FOR the record that I was doing so "Under duress."
"Under duress" - what significance is that?
The news papers did not reflect this fact and it is gravely important for people to understand that my testimony WILL be considered "new evidence" supporting an appeal (if needed).
You may be in for a surprise awakening.
On a side note; Cirino made that cross-examination prosecutor his bitch (pardon my passion).
Is that something he learned in jail?

A post from Terry Melton, yet another brave patriot who took the 5th to protect his own skin, but claims he's willing to die for the country.
Ya, dont feel bad Hose, We all took the 5th under threat as well. No on can understand what we have gone through.

I have found in this, that there are A LOT OF KEYBOARD PATRIOTS, saying what they would have done, and are the last ones in the battle for liberty.

I have been threatened twice now by the US Marshals, more if you count Amy Williamson.

The Jury is the last line we have. I hope that this country doesnt come to blows with its people, I dont want Revolution, but its like they want it to happen.

I love my country, I served my country, I will die for my country. Freedom is given to us by God and the US Constitution, its not a God Damn piece of paper Like George W Bush said.

Our founding fathers knew what TYRANNY looked like: WIKI

In modern usage a tyrant is a single ruler holding vast, if not absolute power through a state or in an organization. The term carries modern connotations of a harsh and cruel ruler who places their own interests or the interests of a small oligarchy over the best interests of the general population which they govern or control. However, in the classical sense, the word simply means one who has taken power by their own means as opposed to hereditary or constitutional power (and generally without the modern connotations). This mode of rule is referred to as tyranny. Many individual rulers or government officials are accused of tyranny, with the label almost always a matter of controversy.

The word derives from Latin tyrannus, and ultimately from the non-perjorative Greek --ύρ--ννος tyrannos, meaning "illegitimate ruler", although this was not perjorative and applicable to both good and bad.

I hope and Pray that the Football, Britney Chasers figure it out before its to late. Reno, Danny, Jason are heros for have the balls to keep an elderly couple free.

Words that inspire a revolution

Matthew 25:40-46 “The King will reply, ‘I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me.’ “Then he will say to those on his left, ‘Depart from me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels. For I was hungry and you gave me nothing to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me nothing to drink, I was a stranger and you did not invite me in, I needed clothes and you did not clothe me, I was sick and in prison and you did not look after me.

These young men ARE NOT CRIMINALS. They are political prisoners. FREE THEM NOW

Weren't both Jose and Terry asked by at least one of the defendants to testify for the defense? Why wouldn't they support the defense when push came to shove? Or perhaps Jose and Terry are "KEYBOARD PATRIOTS" also?

Once again, self-interest trumps the cause.

Threatening a defense witness would be prosecutorial miscoduct warranting a new trial at the very least.

Strange that he doesn't provide any details of the "threat."
