I'm curious, though, as to why a losthorizons user is making this announcement, rather than the Petermeister himself.

Any chance to hear and perceive the Pontificating Petermeister as he promotes and promulgates puffery for his Preposterously Pinheaded Patriots is, of course, perfect for pleasure - if you prefer that particular paltry potpourri of pathological piffle.

Disclosure: When I was a boy, I remember watching the Gary Moore Show most every day. He and Derwood Kirby always had a good time spoofing the news of the day.

Final Reminder. Tonight [Tuesday night, June 24, 2008] at 9 PM Eastern, Pete Hendrickson will be speaking in the "We The People of America" Paltalk meeting room, and you're invited to attend.

You will have to have the Paltalk softwate installed on your computer. To be able to actually speak, you will have to have a working microphone on your system. You can get the the free Paltalk software by going to: http://www.paltalk.com and clicking on the "Download for free" button and then install the software after it completes the download.

I prepared a video with instructions for downloading and installing Paltalk. You can get it by going to: http://www.filedropper.com/paltalkinstallvideo. If you go to this page, just click on the "download this file" button and download the file. It’s a “Window Media Video” (.wmv) file. Then you can watch how to get yourself set up with Paltalk for the meeting.

1. Click on the All Rooms button. This will open the "Rooms List" window and in the upper left you will see a small text box with "Search all Rooms." Click in this area and type in "We The People." That will open another window, and the "We The People" room will be listed. Just double click on it and you will be taken right into the meeting room.

2. On the Menu bar of the Paltalk Scene window, click on the "Actions" tab. A drop down window will appear. Go down to "Join a Chat Room," and click on it. This will open the "Rooms List" window and in the upper left you will see a small text box with "Search all Rooms." Click in this area and type in "We The People." That will open another window, and the "We The People" room will be listed. Just double click on it and you will be taken right into the meeting room.

It's not to often when you can listen to, speak with, or text chat with Pete Hendrickson himself right in the comfort of your own home (or where ever!). I hope you can make it.
