Darn! Same kind of problem I had when I got my Illuminati certificate with an online course! I took the gosh darn David Wynn Miller online course for "Insanity Punctuation and Grammar," instead of going to a formal classroom.

There must be some explanation.

He's in Milwaukee, therefore most likely enjoying the High Life or some of Milwaukee's Best. Or, given the neighborhood he's in, Colt 45. Which surprises me, since most of these kooks don't take kindly to those with shades darker than pasty white. There are a lot of community centers in his area that help kids with their schoolwork and do continuing education for adults... I wonder if he's ever volunteered to help people with their "language skills"?

My favorite part of that article:

Funny how it always works that way for "sovereign citizens." No documented wins.

Another example of government inefficiency. It would be more cost effective for the government to conspire to have his clients lose, eliminating the need for a cover up.
