David (hyphen) Wynn (colon) Miller, (comma) we hereby sentence you (dollar sign) to an indefinite (semi-colon) period (period) of time (asterisk) in a mental (pound symbol) facility! (exclamation point)

EDIT: Hey, I think I'm gettin' the hang of this insanity thing!

You didn't start the sentence with a preposition, preferably "for." "Sentence" and "facility" each have multiple possible meanings and therefore can't be used. And finally, you didn't meet the minimum required number of nouns per sentence.

Darn! Same kind of problem I had when I got my Illuminati certificate with an online course! I took the gosh darn David Wynn Miller online course for "Insanity Punctuation and Grammar," instead of going to a formal classroom.

They keep telling me these online courses are accredited, but obviously the quality of the education you receive leaves something to be desired. This is what I get for trying to get by the easy way.

You know this?

I worry about you sometimes, Demo.

Demo, you are truly scary.

Here's some other examples - and I had to look them up:
FOR THE WORD: RESPONDENT = RE=NO, SPON=SPEAK, DENT=CONTRACT

FOR THE WORD: ORDER = OR=NO, DER=CONTRACT

FOR ANY WORD-STARTING-WITH: A, E, I, O, U, WITH ANY FOLLOWING-TWO-CONSONANTS ARE WITH THE CLAIM AS A NO-CONTRACT-MEANING-WORD:

<>, ><, >, < = FOR THE DIRECTIONS OF THE WORD-CONNECTION-SYNTAX
Now does that clear it all up for you?

Never mind the psychologists, i think a lot of neurologists would love to get Miller in a pet scan.

And the people in the firm wonder why I am in here laughing so hard. They just think that I think tax practice is funny.

If they only knew.

A rabbi with a frog on his shoulder walks into a bar. The bartender looks up and says, "Hey, where'd you get that?" The frog replies, "Brooklyn. They got hundreds of 'em."

Maybe more lawyers in your firm will get into tax.

It's a CPA firm, and I'm the only lawyer here.

There must be some explanation.
He's in Milwaukee, therefore most likely enjoying the High Life or some of Milwaukee's Best. Or, given the neighborhood he's in, Colt 45. Which surprises me, since most of these kooks don't take kindly to those with shades darker than pasty white. There are a lot of community centers in his area that help kids with their schoolwork and do continuing education for adults... I wonder if he's ever volunteered to help people with their "language skills"?

I wonder what his neighbors think of him:

When asked for proof, Miller says the government conspired to destroy all the court documents.
Funny how it always works that way for "sovereign citizens." No documented wins.
Another example of government inefficiency. It would be more cost effective for the government to conspire to have his clients lose, eliminating the need for a cover up.
