Welcoming Helena. I am a couple of minutes early this morning.
Helena: Good morning. Thank you for your presence. I am
available to converse with you this morning. I sense that you
have a comment or question for me.
Lavar: Yes, thank you. I am concerned about the coming changes
in our government. I understand that the NESARA program, which
as you know, returns the United States to constitutional
government will soon be announced. What information do you have
about that coming governmental change?
Helena: If our information from our Washington, D.C. contact is
correct, there will be a dramatic change to your government this
week. Perhaps that means that part of the NESARA program will be
instituted with a more gradual adoption of the entire change to
constitutional government. We have been assured that there will
be a dramatic change in your government with the announced
resignations of your president and vice-president. We hope that
will soon happen. Then there is the next step, as you know, for
the release of the long-standing orders to your Air Force to try
to shoot down our shuttles.
Hopefully, there will soon be the government changes that will
allow for our coming to be among you. If the NESARA program is
adopted and announced, as our information indicates, then that
will be a great step forward, I believe, to the release of the
orders that will allow us to come and be among you to help reduce
the atmospheric pollution in Mother Earth's atmosphere. As you
know, we have been waiting for many months to be able to begin
our task. However, we can cloak our shuttles and not be seen nor
detected by your radar. Therefore, we have landed quite a few of
our crew (humans or human-appearing) in your continent. They are
doing what they can to help prepare for the release of the orders
to your Air Force. With a new president in office, very soon
now, we believe, we will have information brought to the
attention of your president to change the orders to your Air
Force. Therefore, you can understand that we are very serious
about influencing your government leaders to the extent that we
can really begin our mission to help Mother Earth. That is my
message for you this morning. Do you have any further questions
or comments?
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. What can I do to help you and/or
your crew members? Are there any of your crew here in our city
and can I contact them?
Helena: I will check our list and if there are any of our crew
there in you vicinity. I will see if I can get them to contact
you. You are our friend. I appreciate your conversations with
me. We do expect some dramatic changes in your government, very
soon now. So be aware of what influences those changes may have
on you and your plans to get back into operation in your
laboratory.

It sure sounds like your heart is in the right place Texino and if anyone could offer this poor soul a little help during that time of the month he goes astray you could.

A weekend statement out of China says the 16 Asian Nations present have thrown their weight behind the 26 Euro Nations present as represented by Sarkozy(E.U. The Bailout plan was to provide the Banks capital so they could lend to main street to get the economy moving. So what are they doing with the money they may or may not have yet? Buying other Banks. The WE THE PEOPLE Supreme Court filings saying its all unconstitutional was, last we heard, in the hands of Ruth Bader Ginsburg (see http://www.givemeliberty.org) and pending her decision in favor of WE THE PEOPLE will go to the full Court of Bush puppets. They have announced more "investments" in more banks, 28 I think, and Insurance companies and have begun to let contracts associated with the bailout redacting the terms which is their definition of "transparency". Ha ha, the jokes on you-and me. Tricks for us, treats (billions) for friends of Bill, Bush and Paulson. There remains the question, do they actually have the money for all this plus the 60B to B.of E.?? Or or they just acting as if they do trying to pressure Ginsburg by assuming the "sale"? All the financial newsletter writers have an opinion as to why the dollar is maintaining its strength right now. Most agree it will revert to fundamentals, i.e. extreme weakness as soon as the chaos settles down a bit. Who says it going to settle down? What if it gets much worse as many predict? Certainly dollar manipulation by central banks acting in concert has been ongoing for weeks and liquidation of all manner of assets abroad and repatriating the cash driving the demand for dollars seems plausible enough but what if? What if the anticipated one for one exchange of Fed Res Debt Instruments (dollars) is reality? Would that not drive the demand by those "in the know" around the world?
Do we deserve the Government we get? Did we deserve the Clintons corruption? Bush & Cheney? Wall Street control of Government (Paulson/Goldman Sachs)? How about OBAMAS Socialism/Communism policies and his ties to Goldman Sachs?? Does our vote count, or is it "counted" by the voting machines they own and program? McCain would be 80 at the end of a second term. He seems semi-senile already to me. Perhaps OBAMA, inexperienced like Clinton, has been "selected" by the CFR as Clinton was. This time, for the first time in my view, we may get what we deserve. Never before, I think, have things been so obvious leaving this nation no excuse of ignorance. The average life span of any "Democracy" is two hundred years. We are overdue for systemic failure and we are seeing it in every way every day. Rather than defend the Republic and the Constitution (Ron Paul?) we are ready to elect the most left wing extremist candidate for President in the history of the country, the polar opposite of Paul or even McCain. We Americans prefer inexperience, don't care about citizenship issues or extremist religious views or associations with questionable characters of every stripe. Sex Ed for kindergartners that's what we want, scissors through the brains of infants as they exit the womb, a man who votes "present" (130 times) when the going gets tough, who's pastor of 20 years says G.D. AMERICA, a man who has "lost" his Senior Thesis along with his left wing University doing the same, a man supported by Muslims worldwide and socialist Europe, the darling of the same sex marriage crowd, Hollywood, Vermont and the left wing media and the favorite son of the GSE's, we prefer no I.D.'s to vote or for drivers licenses either, we prefer International Taxation be added to his domestic tax and spend policies which is his and Bidens definition of Patriotism, we want someone who gave a million dollars to fraudulent voter registration organizations (Acorn) and served as their attorney, we want wealth redistribution from those who earned it to those who slept, no god or guns or faith for us anymore, nosiree bobtail, we prefer a community organizer to someone who offered his life in defense of his country, we prefer surrender and defeat to a victorious surge, we prefer a man who does not salute the flag or sing the National Anthem to one who's father and grandfather were Navy Admirals, we prefer a trillion dollars of new spending proposals to the elimination of earmarks, we prefer a liberal litmus test for judges, we prefer a narcissist vice president to one with traditional Christian values, we prefer congressionally mandated "liar loans" to sound business practices, we prefer government run health care to our own choice of doctors, we prefer an orator to a long record of service, we prefer the lunatic left and the poison of OBAMA to the Milk of Magnesia of McCain and we prefer a first lady who is as far left of OBAMA as OBAMA is of McCain.
Perhaps the deliveries and the announcements will yet save us.
Otherwise the time draws near I fear to say goodbye to the late great nation of America and to the freedom it stood for.

OBAMA ROBOTOIDS filled to their ears with left wing cool aid can't refute the message so as always with the lunatic left they resort to attacking the messenger spitting and slobbering all over themselves in the process. Old Booger Bears got a bad case don't you think? More later.
Dependable Intel has been very difficult lately but the fog is lifting now and the news is wonderful. WE have VIP's on the move and arriving at their appointed stations. WE have major arrests' here and in Europe in the last 24 hours. Apparently the E.U. is running the show and the attempt to assassinate Sarkozy has him slightly upset. The HENNEGAN report posted on Fourwinds under "OBAMAS phony birth certificate and BUSH throws" is critical reading for understanding current events. Boy, this guy (Hennegan) is really on top of things. CHINA (not the CHI-COMS) are deeply involved, supporting Sarkozy and fighting mad. They even want the POPE arrested. Eight at Deutsche Bank were arrested we hear along with MERKLE and others in London. ALSO the U.S. Trustee and three of the biggest names in the financial world (D.C. not N.Y.). WE are withholding the names for fear of jeopardizing something. Hennegan will likely release them today or tomorrow anyway as his interest is not the same as our interest.
Short of Martial Law or a false flag operation we expect deliveries tomorrow, Thursday would be the latest. Further delay is not impossible but very unlikely given all the peripheral data. We expect the process to unfold as discussed here so many times before, deliveries, Basel II, announcements starting with the Constitution and debt forgiveness, IMF funding, into the Banks for offshore access (B.of A. has been cleaned up and is safe), then continue announcements for 3 to 5 days, then arrest and exposures.
Although the news media continues to talk about the Bank Bailout Money (125B) we are not convinced it is coming from the 700B. Inquiries in the S. CT. causes them to turn tail and run. We think the refunding (recap) of domestic Banks is coming down as Basil II kicks in with our deliveries but we think the money is coming from the IMF and the WE THE PEOPLE filings in the Court has necessitated a new and different ballgame. Even the World Court, we hear, has received their final warnings against any last minute interference.
And so, delv's expected tomorrow and if you are lucky this will be my final communiqué.
Regarding OBAMA I think you are likely overwhelmed with info pro and con. You know how I think about the election and now you know how old booger bear feels about it too. So I am going to skip further comment on that subject and go straight to the subject of the lunatic left as represented in the person of "bear" with a very small b.....
If you follow politics you surely recognize bear as a textbook example of the people who can't defend their position without personally attacking those who don't agree with them. And while doing so they will invariably accuse you of doing what they are doing at that very moment, i.e. displaying intolerance ingrained deeply within themselves. Their second ploy, used with equal frequency, is to try to change the subject. Most anything will do, accuse their opponent of something then construct a strawman and commence to tear it down never realizing how obvious and shallow they are or that they completely forgot (intentionally avoid) the subject matter that triggered their reaction in the first place. They played this game in especially apparent ways regards Sarah Palin. (b)ears diversions, strawmen, etc. are to invoke all manner of awful upon Casper with side trips for religion, Jefferson, and war service never addressing the issues raised by Casper which apparently sends him into his looney left persona, or perhaps he resides there full time? Goodness knows Casper gave him plenty of material to work with-or attack-he did neither resorting immediately to personal attacks as the left or the ignorant can always be counted upon to do.
Perhaps someone should inform bear that Jefferson wrote the Declaration of Independence not the Constitution and that he in fact opposed the Constitution on the grounds that such a Government would soon be controlled by special interest. Was he correct? There are reasons why Jefferson is considered to be the most intelligent man to ever occupy the Whitehouse but bear appears blissfully unaware of those reasons or the fact that Jefferson's Democratic party of that era does not even resemble today's left wing democratic party.
Casper particularly enjoyed bears accusation of hiding behind a pseudonym as he signs on and off as "bear". Another example of this fellows clarity of thought.
Every paragraph of this jokers junk is filled with potty mouth filth which I encourage you to redact and then see what you are left with. You will be left with a typical OBAMA supporter, someone who can't defend OBAMA or his policies but nevertheless thinks he is surely the second coming.
As for bears lecture on "Democracy" which he fought to preserve, Be aware bear, Democracy is a bear a sheep and a wolf voting "what's for lunch". The founding fathers including Jefferson DESPISED Democracy that's why they gave us a REPUBLICAN form of Government. This Government was stolen from us and replaced by a "legislative democracy" operating under "public policy" rather that the Constitution. That's what the UCC is all about. Announcements are to reverse this abomination imposed upon the country by another democrat, this one named Roosevelt. Another trait of OBAMA supporters is they have no knowledge of truth, or history for that matter, and no desire to learn, they think emotion and whirling rhetoric and large volumes of their cool aid is all that's needed.

Dependable Intel has been very difficult lately but the fog is lifting now and the news is wonderful. WE have VIP's on the move and arriving at their appointed stations. WE have major arrests' here and in Europe in the last 24 hours. Apparently the E.U. is running the show and the attempt to assassinate Sarkozy has him slightly upset. The HENNEGAN report posted on Fourwinds under "OBAMAS phony birth certificate and BUSH throws" is critical reading for understanding current events. Boy, this guy (Hennegan) is really on top of things. CHINA (not the CHI-COMS) are deeply involved, supporting Sarkozy and fighting mad. They even want the POPE arrested. Eight at Deutsche Bank were arrested we hear along with MERKLE and others in London. ALSO the U.S. Trustee and three of the biggest names in the financial world (D.C. not N.Y.). WE are withholding the names for fear of jeopardizing something. Hennegan will likely release them today or tomorrow anyway as his interest is not the same as our interest.
Short of Martial Law or a false flag operation we expect deliveries tomorrow, Thursday would be the latest. Further delay is not impossible but very unlikely given all the peripheral data. We expect the process to unfold as discussed here so many times before, deliveries, Basel II, announcements starting with the Constitution and debt forgiveness, IMF funding, into the Banks for offshore access (B.of A. has been cleaned up and is safe), then continue announcements for 3 to 5 days, then arrest and exposures.
Although the news media continues to talk about the Bank Bailout Money (125B) we are not convinced it is coming from the 700B. Inquiries in the S. CT. causes them to turn tail and run. We think the refunding (recap) of domestic Banks is coming down as Basil II kicks in with our deliveries but we think the money is coming from the IMF and the WE THE PEOPLE filings in the Court has necessitated a new and different ballgame. Even the World Court, we hear, has received their final warnings against any last minute interference.
And so, delv's expected tomorrow and if you are lucky this will be my final communiqué.
Regarding OBAMA I think you are likely overwhelmed with info pro and con. You know how I think about the election and now you know how old booger bear feels about it too. So I am going to skip further comment on that subject and go straight to the subject of the lunatic left as represented in the person of "bear" with a very small b.....
If you follow politics you surely recognize bear as a textbook example of the people who can't defend their position without personally attacking those who don't agree with them. And while doing so they will invariably accuse you of doing what they are doing at that very moment, i.e. displaying intolerance ingrained deeply within themselves. Their second ploy, used with equal frequency, is to try to change the subject. Most anything will do, accuse their opponent of something then construct a strawman and commence to tear it down never realizing how obvious and shallow they are or that they completely forgot (intentionally avoid) the subject matter that triggered their reaction in the first place. They played this game in especially apparent ways regards Sarah Palin. (b)ears diversions, strawmen, etc. are to invoke all manner of awful upon Casper with side trips for religion, Jefferson, and war service never addressing the issues raised by Casper which apparently sends him into his looney left persona, or perhaps he resides there full time? Goodness knows Casper gave him plenty of material to work with-or attack-he did neither resorting immediately to personal attacks as the left or the ignorant can always be counted upon to do.
Perhaps someone should inform bear that Jefferson wrote the Declaration of Independence not the Constitution and that he in fact opposed the Constitution on the grounds that such a Government would soon be controlled by special interest. Was he correct? There are reasons why Jefferson is considered to be the most intelligent man to ever occupy the Whitehouse but bear appears blissfully unaware of those reasons or the fact that Jefferson's Democratic party of that era does not even resemble today's left wing democratic party.
Casper particularly enjoyed bears accusation of hiding behind a pseudonym as he signs on and off as "bear". Another example of this fellows clarity of thought.
Every paragraph of this jokers junk is filled with potty mouth filth which I encourage you to redact and then see what you are left with. You will be left with a typical OBAMA supporter, someone who can't defend OBAMA or his policies but nevertheless thinks he is surely the second coming.
As for bears lecture on "Democracy" which he fought to preserve, Be aware bear, Democracy is a bear a sheep and a wolf voting "what's for lunch". The founding fathers including Jefferson DESPISED Democracy that's why they gave us a REPUBLICAN form of Government. This Government was stolen from us and replaced by a "legislative democracy" operating under "public policy" rather that the Constitution. That's what the UCC is all about. Announcements are to reverse this abomination imposed upon the country by another democrat, this one named Roosevelt. Another trait of OBAMA supporters is they have no knowledge of truth, or history for that matter, and no desire to learn, they think emotion and whirling rhetoric and large volumes of their cool aid is all that's needed.

BUT, even MY insurance said, in the small print, after $350,000 in expenses, they could shut off my coverage!!! That's wrong on ALL levels. In fact, I once figured it out, taxes and health in the US against taxes in Canada..... unfortunately, Canada REALLY was cheaper!! Life and health are NOT profit-making ventures, and they should be treated as such!!! But Casper, you just go ahead and believe that neocon crap they feed you! Someday it will come home to roost!!
