A MEDITATION IN ANSWER TO THE THOUSAND & ONE QUESTIONS PUT BY "CASPER"

at least, since they appeared on 'my radar' as a posting agent here.

That was very late in 2001. It was a rumor, a rumble.

Much of my research time in 2002 was used on other items of some
interest to me, and which I felt at the time were more useful ...
to our readers ... and to our small gathering of friends.

Month by month in 2002, however, the fast-growing Internet went
'hot' with more and more rumors, counter-rumors, and comments
about "NESRA" or NESARA or some variation on that theme.

I remember one day in August of that year when a fine lady, who
was very 'knowledgeable' about the Bergavin and other rolls told
me -- on the phone -- that her friends in the "know" were all
watching the limousines lining up late at night in New York.

The city, that is, and that according to her friends who had
been following "the roll problems" and "the roll programs" for
longer than she had been following them, were SURE that this
was the final denouement, the last act, the big night before
the big pay-day. The big re-funding of so on and so forth ....

Nothing happened that night. Nothing happened the next night.

Nothing happened in October, or November, or December of '02.

Nothing happened.

NOTHING PREDICTED FOR THESE 'PROSPERITY PROGRAMS' TO PAY-OUT
HAS EVER BEEN REALIZED, HAS EVER COME TRUE. THERE'S NO MONEY.

And so now comes an irate 'rant of rants' from Casper:

As we were again assured of deliveries today and tomorrow as was everyone else with "insider information" we assumed all this had been overcome. Now we are not so sure. Remember, we are peeking through key holes and sniffing under doors. Only GOD knows what is going on we have not found out yet. And as soon as we type that last sentence the phone rings and things get worse.

WE hear all checks (payments) to IMF program participants, IMF Countries and IMF programs offshore have been cancelled. Of course this would not be possible without CHINA and others approving this. We hear all money has been moved out of Treasury to Switzerland.

Everything reported herein not withstanding THE BAD GUYS DO NOT HAVE THE MONEY. More than 1500 of these criminals received the cards with 251M which not coincidentally is very close to the 400B they stole off the cards while they were at B.ofA.. All current Cabinet Secretaries and all OBAMA Cabinet Secretaries got the cards not to mention BIDEN and so many others throughout the Government.

WE hear ALL OF THEM ARE SCARED TO DEATH the American people are going to drag them out to the lamp post as one scandal after another is disclosed. This includes all of BUSH'S people, HILLARY'S people and OBAMAS people.


Apparently none of these high muckety-mucks has much of anything
to do other than to concern themselves with all this swindling.

Apparently they don't sleep, they don't eat, which of course
means that they don't have to brush their teeth very often, and
that gives them all TIME to spend more time blocking and running
and dodging and returning to blocking and running and more and
more dodging ... all so that NOBODY anywhere ever gets any of
the monies alleged to be in these various roll programs, duh.

No one, apparently, anywhere, has ever yet come to the obvious
conclusion that when you're talking TRILLIONS and TRILLIONS of
dollars in these prosperity funds ( or whatever they are ), well, it might be much better to stop fulminating and just let
someone somewhere get some of the money so that everyone everywhere can get the rest of the money ( them funds ).

Right ?? and so on and so forth ....

THERE IS ONLY ONE REAL CONCLUSION TO BE REACHED ON THIS SUBJECT

There ain't no money. There ain't no money nowhere. It ain't
being blocked by The Simpleton In Charge, George the son of G.
or by his demon-infested handler, Oberst Cheney von Wyoming.

It ain't being blocked by George the father of George the village
idiot, because even in his declining and decrepit state, there
has to be some spark of life left in him, and some scintilla of conscience.

Some desire to be remembered for something other than being the
First Chump, and the Man Who Lost To Bubba Clinton In 1992.

After all, GHWB or Daddy-bush spent eight long years waiting
for Mr. Ronald Reagan to vacate the premises, so he could have
his day to strut and preen and show his feathers to one and all.

Does anyone think that if the Bush Tandem, the father & son 'tag
team,' could secure their places in American history by being
the men who brought the prosperity programs to fruition, that
they WOULD NOT DO IT AT SOME POINT, or like, maybe right now !?

Does Daddy-bush really want his legacy to be that he sired the
single-most hated leader in the whole history of the U.S.A. ??

The single dumbest, most inept, most useless 'occupant' ??

Who really believes that sort of a fairy tale ?? It don't fly.

None of these 'equations' really add up .... If there was any
real money anywhere, in the whole wretched world we call Earth,
then somebody somewhere who knows a lot more than me or Casper
or anyone else our readers can name, would be getting it out.

Getting it out and distributed now, right now, right now before a
Christmas season that promises to flop, and to be the most dire and dread-filled holiday since the sad December of 1941 !!

To deny that this would place that person, that man and his son
or his daughter or all his kin, at the very pinnacle of humanity
and in a position to rival or surpass every leader ever known,
excepting Buddha, Mohammed, and the Immanuel, Jesus of Nazareth.

What could possibly be grander as an accomplishment, than for a
Bush or a Clinton or an Eisenhower or a Paris Hilton, oh she of
the longest legs and the smallest brain, to be that HERO ??

Again and again in recent months I have returned in my memory
to the summer of 2002 and the shock we all felt after 2001.

Six years of paper profits and six years of watching our main
line media companies losing their power, their control, and the
readership and viewership they once had totally in their grasp:

if they had one single clue that there was any form of a Big Pay
Day in the offing -- especially now, in this the winter of our
discontent -- they'd be hammering the bells and beating drums.

They aren't. They ain't. They can't. There's nothing there.

There's no money and there will never be any 'cards,' et cetera.

Why this swindle goes on and on and on, I don't know.

But it does go on and on, and even a hick like me can see that
there's something nefarious hidden behind them 'tall curtains.'


Or perhaps we can all continue waiting on the arrival of the
oh-so-beautiful, but really-not-so-good fairy --



P.S. -- 12:40 is the mystical time signature of Skull & Bones

and thus for George and George, and no, I have never yet figured out what THAT really means.
