Who is your favorite Crackhead?

Post by Gregg »

Reading LH is sometimes a little sad, sometimes it makes me want to throw a brick at something and sometimes I almost get a little sympathy for the things happening to the ones in the levy/lien stage where they're learning a little too late that Pete was, umm, wrong.

But I also have favorites, the gung ho, Hall of Fame of Stupid ones, like Sub Vet, Wheston White, Gdude etc.... I also miss Janiece (who apparently had her home siezed by the Califonia Tax Board) but my all time favorite is kensie. The guy is a physician and I'm betting he didn't get through medical school without a student loan or grant somewhere, not to mention that anyone practicing medicine is undoubtably getting some money from medicaid or medicare or some federally funded program. Anyhow, based upon him being a Doctor I'll assume he isn't really very stupid, but at the same time he's about as mentally astute as a sack of hammers, too. I've had a phrase about him in my head for some time, "You have to be pretty smart to be that stupid"
So, who's your favorite crackhead? Which one is gonna be first to get indicted and what charges? Simple Tax Evasion, Perjury? Maybe filing fraudulent documents?

I can't say that any particular person at LH is my "favorite" crackhead, in the same vein as it is not possible for me to say that I have a "favorite" dictator (imagine trying to answer the question "Who did you like better as tyrant, Hitler or Stalin?"). I am not inclined to feel favorably towards any individual for wanting to deny the legality of the law, regardless of how they decide to come out against the government.

This is a tough question. I'm going to have to think about formulating a set of criteria. Maybe there should be categories of favorites. You know, like the Oscars having "best performance by an actor in a leading role," and "best performance by an actor in a supporting role."

We could have multiple categories and therefore multiple "winners."

This will take some thought......

In terms of categories of favorite Crackheads, I'm thinking that it could be done with reference to favorite Crackhead sayings. Here are some possibilities:

Favorite Crackhead in terms of referring to personnel at the Internal Revenue Service as being "Nazis" and "SS".

Favorite Crackhead in terms of cluelessness about the meaning of the term "subject matter jurisdiction."

Favorite Crackhead Ignoramus use of the word "shill."

Favorite Crackhead's most creative/pathetic use of the phrase "it's not about the money."

Favorite Crackhead's misspelling of terms like "statutory" and "indictment" and (apparently this is really hell for them) "prima facie."

Favorite Crackhead's rationalization in terms of straining to re-characterize their losses in court as being wins, or as somehow confirming that everything PeterEricBlowhardMeister writes about taxes must be correct (I know, Patrick Mooney is way ahead of most of the pack in this competition).

EDIT: Favorite Crackhead performance in approximating a twelve year old kid must go to Weston White, for his "Tyrannical Response Team" web site -- complete with "TRT" gear for sale, including coffee mugs and T shirts, and of course his list of the entire hierarchy of TRT personnel and special units, with "TRT Team Leaders" and "TRT Coordinators" and "TRT Intel & Recon Specialists" and "TRT Intelligence Teams." Wayyyy cool, Weston!

Hmm, favorite dictator? We've got over 4000 years of candidates, but i'm going to go with a classic: Louis XIV.

I hasten to add that since the Exalted Blowhard Himselfishness is clueless about how the concept of subject matter jurisdiction works, we cannot reasonably expect the vast unwashed masses constituting Hendrickson's Heroes to know any better.

It has to be at least a three-way toss-up between

The most creative convolution for misinterpreting the specific definition of 'includes'

The best rationalization as to the presence or absence of federal privilege for some form of income

The most effective use of blinders when justifying tax evasion while seeking or accepting federal financial benefits

Oh oh oh, Mr Kotter!!!!

I almost forgot the pilot who said having a Pilots Certificate from the FAA wasn't a federal priviledge, because anyone could get one.

Whoever happens to be making the biggest fool out of himself at any given time.

The honor trades hands frequently among the idiots busily laying the groundwork for their stint in federal prison and imposition of civil penalties and sanctions due to their frivolity du jour.

One of these days I'm gonna go pro se on 'em and sue 'em all ala PAM for a 10 gazillion dollars each for my busted sovereign gut due to the surfeit of laughter. Then, after I lose, I'll have equalled their success. Hopefully, the sanctions won't be more than $10K or I'll have a hard time calling it a victory.

How about:

Best statement from a Crackhead which required the most [sic]s in a post quoted by Famspear

Best use of mixed legal terminology

well it's becoming obvious this will need a little organizing, and someone will need to book a banquat hall for the first annual "Crackies"
