You ask, why the change from "we will do it" to "you must do it, we will help?" in reference to the Forces of Light and Hatonn. In my reading of the Phoenix Journals from day one I have never seen any deviation from The Cosmic Law of Non-Intervention.
This is our 3D world of freewill choices and soul lessons to be learned. We must make the decisions and take the actions necessary to defeat the Darkness and bring goodness to Earth Shan. The Higher Realms will assist us, when we ask for their help, but by The Cosmic Law of Non-Intervention, they cannot do it for us.
Rarely does Creator God ever intercept our choices, and then only when our actions become a threat to soul essence or to the greater Cosmic Community. This did occur in 1998 with our world's mad rush into Nuclear World War III. At that point Creator God ordered the Forces of Light to neutralize all nuclear to be used for evil intent, and decreed it so forever on Earth Shan.
Nuclear explosions can destroy the soul essence of a souled human being, and scatter it into infinity. That is a No, No by order of Creator Source. Secondly, nuclear destruction on or of a planet affects other planets both in our solar system and in our Universe. That too, is a No, No, for it disrupts the balance and harmony of the Cosmos.
In 1994 Creator God Aton of Light gave the order for the removal of all off-world evil aliens from Earth Shan by the Forces of Light in cooperation with Earth humans. This task was not fully completed until 2001. These two decrees by Creator God maly have led people to believe that the Forces of Light were going to clean up our mess for us.
There are many Gurus, who claim special spiritual abilities to communicate with the Spirit World. I remind you that there is a Spirit World of Darkness standing in opposition to the Spirit World of Light, and that many messages of untruth are being sent from the Spirit World of Darkness to confuse the Truthseekers and all enlightened ones. These messages carry the ideas of mass landings of Star People, who come to clean up our world either while we watch or while we sleep, and who will bring to us our 3D "Heaven on Earth", and we will live happily ever after. Such messages have been prevalent over these last few years.
To the serous Truthseeker it is quite obvious that Cosmic Law is absolute, and the Phoenix Journals were given to us, as a standard for Truth in these "last days". Whatever does not measure up to the Laws of God and Creation is not of the Light. Creator God has said that there is no middle ground, no gray area. All is either Darkness or Light. We are of either Darkness or Light.

Said he was just another puppet like Bush, but with Bill Clinton's famous ability to make people believe anything he said. Other than that, Aton seemed a lot more grounded than this recent letter makes out.
Oh, don't believe that business about being nine feet tall, he's just average for an Egyptian, which is about 5'6". That's a good thing actually. If he hadn't been able to persuade the manager he was an illegal Mexican from the Yucatan he wouldn't have been able to get that job in the first place.

I was tempted to post this one until I visited Ken Welch's website. Don't get me started on reverse speech (also one of Sherry Shriner's favorites). The wealth of strange-sounding fragments make it all things to all people.
I wonder if the "T" who supported his dear friend PHB is the same one who posted here? If so, did he apologized for linking to his site simply because he was afraid of our being a new world order website? Then why don't they respond to my requests for funding? A few million is all we'll need to really spiff this place up a little! And it would stimulate the economy too, well at least the economy of young supermodels with loose morals.
