LostHead Has A Point

If this were even remotely true, Ricky, then you've pretty much invalidated any reason to continue your struggle against that mean ol' IRS - and that's not gonna please Uncle Petey one bit, no siree.

After all, it doesn't matter if you're right or wrong. Am I to infer that you're all a bunch of insanity-ridden, suicidal maniacs with martyr complexes?

At what point do you decide to fish or cut bait?

There is a bizarre underlying thought pattern among the sovereign/TD/TP/DE crowd that all it would take is a worthy Judge to step up to the task of correcting decades of allegedly unconstitutional and treasonous collusion by ruling in their favor and thus "collapsing the system."

The problem with their mythology is that the "collusion" is designed in, and it's neither unconstitutional nor treasonous.

Brown v. Topeka Board of Education comes to mind invalidating that idea.

Ditto Roe v. Wade. And a little case involving a man named Mr. Miranda.

Yeah, the high court really avoids rocking the boat.......

Your concern is duly noted, filed, folded, stamped, sealed with wax and affixed with a thumbprint in red ink, forgotten, recalled, considered, reconsidered, appealed, denied and quietly ignored.

So I guess SCOTUS should be comprised of maverick legal thinkers who are willing to hear any case, and whose very job depends upon what people think about them .... you know, like Judge Judy, Judge Joe Brown, and Judge Cryin' Larry Seidlin? :P
