Remember "the dotson project" ???

the one about the gold this guy and his father found , they asked "investors" to send money for equipment to dig it up ..... and then the Mexican government would not let them have it so they ran off to Switzerland with it or some wild story like this. They kept getting "investors" to send hundreds, thousands to Las Vegas via wire transfer. All of this went on for over a decade. Finally Michael Dotson has been arrested in Las Vegas. He has scammed the public for millions over more than 13 years.
