Anderson has filed a petition for cert with the Supreme Court, apparently challenging the conclusions of the lower courts that a conviction for criminal tax fraud should conclusively establish liability for civil tax fraud penalties.
I doubt this is something that the Supreme Court is going find very interesting, but you never know.
