Ed and Elaine's Indictment has been unsealed

The Bill of Peace is interesting.

In a delusional, psychotic kind of way.

For example, I cannot even begin to guess at a diagnosis for Ed and Elaine defining themselves as "the One."

Ed believe that he is the "Body of the Lord" and that Elaine, being a lowly female, is nothing more than a sub-part of him.

My notes from the radio show where Ed starts to explain his weird-ass notion.


RBN radio ending 03:00 PM 3/8/2007:

Fred comes on but no Ed or Elaine yet.
No guest today. Its a show for Ed to describe his new plan.

Fred: I was listening to you yesterday talk with the gentleman named Sonny

Ed quickly clarifies that no names are to be used, just Body of the Lord.

Fred says were all part of the body of the Lord.

Ed says, no, you are the body of the Lord, not part of the body of the Lord. No group or man has authority over the body of the Lord. The land belongs to the body. Its all His, everything. Every teakettle, dish, etc belongs to Him. The English Queen, now its Elizabeth, sits as the defender of the faith.

Fred talks about going to a Christian bookstore yesterday.

Ed: "There is only one Bible, the 1611. All the others are copywritten [sic]. It is the only Bible in the world because it is the only one that isnt copywritten [sic]. It has all 80 books in the Bible, where as other Bibles only have 66. This is the beginning of the end of the Illuminati. The word is out of the bag, at least the cat is."

Fred: "The only part of the Bible written by God is the 10 Commandments, witnessed by Moses, and this Will has Christ as an executor. The will is a lawful binding contract."

Ed: "The 1611 edition is a book of law. You can call it a Bible, OK, but it is a law book. Congress has to deal with this particular law book every single day. If youre in a court, if you don't assert that you are the Body of the Lord, you are lawless."

Ed is ashamed of the preachers and pastors. Everyone Ed knows who deals with the 1611 version has nothing to do with charging money.

Ed: "The government has absolutely no authority whatsoever, unless you contract with them. They can't take your land, your children, they cant incarcerate you unless you let them."

Fred thinks the state of NH motto should be "Live free in the body of the Lord or die."

Ed and Elaine get excited by that.

Fred complains about the education system of the world.

Ed interrupts Fred and gets annoyed when Elaine coughs, interrupting Ed.

Ed tells Elaine to spell out the four required reading books. She lists the four books. (See notes prior show)

Ed: "First you read the 10 Commandments, then Isaiah, Jeremiah, Ezekiel, Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, and Revelations. Spend a month or two reading these over and over and over again so you can learn who you are."

[Commercial about how to learn who is responsible for poisoning you with aspartame.]

Ed was born Irish Catholic but was place in a Protestant home when he became a ward of the state. He rants excitedly about the evil of born again Christian. [His voice is unnaturally animated.]

Ed: "As Body of the Lord, we don't practice things anymore. I don't practice law, I know law. Elaine doesnt practice dentistry, she is a dentist."

Ed: "You are not a person. You are either a man or you are a woman. If you are a man, you are the body of the Lord. If you are a woman, you must go to the head, your man or your father or your brother. Without a man, women are lost."

Ed wants all religions (except his newfound epiphany) immediately eliminated.

Fred rambles on about "reality manifest with nary a fireside chat".

Ed says Fred is going to receive Body of the Lord in three or four days (referring to Sonny traveling to Illinois.)

Ed: " This information needs to flow. Don't change it, don't manipulate it."

Elaine is agreeing throughout the show to everything Ed says, no matter how strange.

Ed: "Shine the truth and the light of the Lord in dark places."

Fred: Describes a dark cave with no doors, only torches as the only source of light. The only thing those inside the cave are focusing on is who is controlling the light. If a boulder suddenly moves and big light shines in, the people inside wake up.

Caller calls in from NY and complains about the evil bankers creating money out of thin air. Prattles on about nothing interesting.

[Commercials]

Fred: "We're rallying around the flagpole and the flag on this pole says Body of the Lord."

Caller is Casey from Minnesota: Confused about the terminology.

Ed explains that man is Body of the Lord. Woman is Body of the Man.

Elaine tries to talk but Ed cuts her off.

Ed and Elaine end with The Bible is the only law book you need.

They forgot the Barry bonds. It's just a foul ball without 'em.

The scary thing about all of this is how much Ed is sounding as though he is a Taliban.

These docket entries present the judge with something of a dilemma. Does he sua sponte enter an order striking them from the docket, thereby wasting another piece of paper, or does he simply ignore them as meaningless?

My guess is the latter.

IMHO, it's useful to let them remain in the record and note that each one clearly demonstrates the defendant's contempt for the court and the process of justice.

1. First contempt charge levied against Ed
2. How many hours into the trial before Ed is removed from the court.

I called a pool cleaner, who called Hazmat, who advised me to shut the thread down before the freckles could spread to other threads.
