TRUCKEE, Calif.—Authorities say a tax-protesting fugitive has been arrested near Truckee.
U.S. marshals say 43-year-old Tracy Corona was booked Thursday into the Washoe County Jail in Reno, Nev., to await her return to San Diego, where she and her husband, Richard, were convicted of federal income tax evasion in 2007.
Both were sentenced to 30 months in federal prison and allowed to remain free on bond pending an appeal of their convictions.
Marshals say the couple belonged to a tax protest group that maintains they are nonresident aliens and exempt from paying a federal income tax.

Richard and Tracy Corona: After following ARL advice, Mr. Corona, a San Diego attorney, was found guilty on one conspiracy count, one count of tax evasion, and three counts of failure to pay taxes. On January 11, 2008, Mr. Corona was sentenced to 33 months in prison and his wife was sentenced to 30 months after she was convicted on all four felony counts. The Coronas filed false amended returns and sent numerous frivolous documents and correspondence to the IRS.

For over 30 years. The California State Bar got right on this guy. Convicted on 6/21/07. Placed on interim suspension on 8/31/07. Suspended on 10/8/07 by the Bar Court. For some reason the final action was deferred until 12/7/07.

Also, this guy has a pretty decent resymè, anyone knows how he fell in with the guy dubbed “the most stupid of all the ‘professional’ tax protesters. " Granted, he doesen't do taxes, but he should be capable of researching the track reckord of Khan and his lemmings.

It appears that you can purchase a "Royal Freedom Package" for $6000.00 and then pay an annual fee of $2500.00 in order "to continue to live free".
