Or the folks who get themselves and their "followers" frivolous penalties, fines, interest and in a few instances, jail time?
Hmmmm.....that's a toughie.........but the magic 8-ball says side with the court decisions.
Now, if some buffoon wants to use a completely discredited "theory" in regard to not paying his income taxes, he is more than welcome to. However, don't try and blow smoke up our rears by telling us the courts are completely wrong and some half-ignorant convict has a super-secret method for avoiding all taxation. It is pure bunkum. And any buffoon touting such a line should be prepared to be told point blank he is wrong and is going to pay a heavy price for following a "plan" that is completely devoid of any legal merit. We will even cite chapter and verse of where you went wrong and lay out the glow sticks leading you back to the path of minimized tax hassles. It's up to you to chose the path you choose to continue on.
In short folks, we can lead the horses to water but we cn't make them drink.
Also, on a personal note, if you are working hard, trying your best, paying taxes, staying out of trouble and you live in a single wide, more power to you, because you are at least making an effort. However, if you are being nothing more than a cheat and fraud and have been rendered destitute because of your own greed and stupidity and happen to live in a single wide, then yes I am going to ridicule you for being a total schmendrich and getting into a situation that could have been completely avoided.
You know when you are actually at the point where you have to generate your very own argument, that is the point at which you know you have lost the actual argument and your opposition has won theirs.
