Why am I not surprised that birther-in-chief Orly Taitz is getting a lot of references to NESARA?

I keep getting e-mails about NESARA- National Economic Security and and Reformation act. According to a Newswatch Magaxine article it was passed in 2000, however I can’t find it. Does anyone have the actual act?

Constitutional Law experts working on government reformations determined that to end the pattern of blatant disregard for the Constitution, it would be necessary to require the sitting US administration and US Congress to resign when Constitutional Law is restored.

NESRA is nothing new, in fact, during Bill Clinton's administration and all the underminings that went on to sell out the US to China (though most Americans are unaware of everything given to China etc. - Nuclear Secrets, Satellite Encryption, Missile Guidance systems, Super Computers etc. - to just name a few) was when NESRA was born to stop this insidious agenda to sell-out America's most sensitive military and Space technologies to a foreign Communist country. The first real phase in the New World Order strategy by the world's Central Bankers to impede America's success, while propping up China. When Bill Clinton took office, China was a 3rd world power, after he left office, China was on the verge of becoming a Super-Power in the world. In his eight years, China got everything .. and I mean everything. He sold us out to the Communist Chinese.

And, guess what, Obama's cabinet is over 70% of Clinton's old Commie cabinet - once again, attacking this agenda in full-force, but this time with a radical Muslim as Usurper. The technology advantages are already gone, Clinton saw to that, now it is just to make America no longer America, by monopolizing everything with the Government and destroying the Constitution once and for all. Making America "Communism Lite" .. and the next stage on that slippery slope is Communism.

So taking a look at NESARA and the objectives outlined in the bill, we have a removal of the current system, for it is much too infiltrated and corrupt to just remove certain cronies. The whole government has to be overhauled, and not the way Obama wants it - which is the Communist way, we are talking what America used to be, before all this deceipt and recruited took their positions high-up the ladder to ensure the agenda moves forward, including the Supreme Court.

It should not suprise you then, why the Supreme Court refuses to hear and completely ignore Obama's eligibility cases, it is because Chief Justice Roberts is part of this framework and was appointed by President Bush (W) as such. He is part of Washington DC's high-society clubs - like the Alfalfa Club and others, many of which are batting for the same team, to take down America front and center. If you *really* reseach this stuff, you'll find Bushes are part of this framework too, with Bush Sr. as the "master-mind" behind much of it. It too, is why Bush Sr. and Clinton are such good friends .. they both have a handle on much of the CIA for this agenda to destroy America. Like Bush Sr. said after the first Iraq war "Now we see a New World Order coming into view .. A bold idea ..". The video is out there on Youtube if it hasn't been scrubbed by now. Youtube is owned by Google, who are partnered with the Obama Administration and serve the Tri-Lateral Commission. The Tri-Lateral group all aim to take down America's sovereignty for the Federal Reserve. Many Federal Reserve banking families are members of the Tri-Lateral Commission also. The Federal Reserve is America's private Central Bank, other countries' have their own, but they are all partnered to bring in a One World Order in which they control the money .. not just for their country, but for the world and the world government (United Nations in the making). It is why Obama signed over America's economy at the G20 Summit to the world's central banking core which have their own united banking front called the "Bank for International Settlements".

Below are the main objectives of NESARA:

1. Restores Constitutional Law in America as of NESARA’s public announcement.

2. Removes US administration officials and all members of the US Congress from their positions due to their continuous unconstitutional actions. Bush, Cheney, Cabinet members, and all members of Congress are immediately removed from office by NESARA’s public announcement; specific law enforcement personnel shall physically remove Bush government officials from their offices. These removals allow a fresh start at the national level. Using the Constitutional Line of Succession, NESARA installs Constitutionally acceptable NESARA President and Vice President Designates until new federal elections can take place within six months after NESARA’s announcement.

3. Because NESARA abolishes unconstitutional states of emergency, NESARA’s public announcement declares “peace”. US military in Iraq and Afghanistan are immediately recalled to the USA.

4. As partial remedy for 90 years of government and banking fraud, NESARA requires zeroing out of credit card balances and bank debt relief be given to Americans.

5. Initiates the US Treasury Bank System with new U.S. Treasury currency backed by gold. The Federal Reserve is abolished; Federal Reserve facilities and most personnel are absorbed into the US Treasury Bank System.

6. Abolishes Income Taxes in US and creates a national sales tax on new, non-essential items as revenue for government. Essential items such as food and medicine, and used items, are exempt from the sales tax.

The Supreme Court has put a GAG order on NESARA and Removes any references to NESARA wherever possible. NESARA also has/had a coalition of military supporting it, as they care about the country more than most. If you read about NESARA on their website, they'll tell you what military factions support NESARA.

What Really Happened....
Let us consider what happened with the creation of the National Economic Security and Reformation Act (NESARA). The Act was passed by the United States Congress on March 9, 2000 and then sent to President Bill Clinton for his signature. President Clinton signed NESARA into law on October 10, 2000. At that point NESARA, as with any legislation so acted upon, became a “law of the land”, but wait a minute! No one wanted to enforce it. Why? No one wanted to enforce NESARA because this law required the physical and permanent removal from their government positions of all those, who were treasonous. Those, who had deliberately acted outside the Constitution of the Republic, had committed treason. Those who were treasonous included the United States president and vice president, the presidential cabinet, all members of Congress, various government departmental heads, all fifty governors of the fifty states, judges and others.
You ask, “Why would the United States Congress ever pass a law that would, upon enactment, instantly remove them from public office? On March 9, 2000 in a secret joint session of Congress with the walls of the House Chambers lined with Navy Seals and Delta Force, the United States Congress passed the NESARA law unanimously at gun point under the threat of death. They passed the law knowing full well that there was a plan already in place to forever delay NESARA from being enforced. You ask, “Why would our president ever sign a bill and create a law that would remove him, his vice-president and his Cabinet from public office the moment he signed it?” In the Oval Office on October 10, 2000 President Bill Clinton, surrounded by special forces, at gun point signed the NESARA bill into law, knowing full well that the New World Order achitects (Federal Reserve, Tri-lateral Commission and Council on Foreign Relations) were in charge, and that this law was never to be enforced.

To hide NESARA from public view and, thus, to prevent its enforcement by popular demand, the United States Supreme Court placed a gag order on all public officials, the United States military, law enforcement personnel, bankers, attorneys, judges, the media and anyone else, who knew about NESARA and, who might give information about NESARA to the public. If the people learned the Truth about NESARA, they would demand its enforcement. This could not be allowed. The plan to hide NESARA worked well for a time, but gradually news of NESARA began to be leaked to the public. To circumvent any public action to enforce NESARA, “plan B” was created. The plan was to forever delay the enforcement of NESARA by fooling the people with trickery. NESARA was embroiled in fictitious legal procedures and court orders by both the United States Supreme Court and the International Court of Justice. This game of deceit could be played forever, NESARA could be permanently delayed, and the people of the world would never be the wiser.

Sound like the eligibility law suites? The identical same tactics.

To discredit NESARA and spread misinformation a false website was set up by the United States Government under the direction of evil CIA/FBI personnel. Claims were made that there was no such law as NESARA, that it had no congressional file number, no sponsors and was only a thought somewhere under consideration. The public was told through the government websites of http://www.nesara.com and http://www.nesara.org that there never was such a bill, it was never acted upon nor passed by Congress, and that the president had never signed it. Even a fictitious name was given to it under the same acronym, and a fictitious rough draft was posted on the Internet to mislead the people. This distorted information from an “official” government website served to mislead and cause doubt for thousands of people.

For the past three years and four months this game of deceit by our treasonous United States Government, United States Supreme Court and World Court judges has continued. On October 10, 2000 NESARA became the law of the land in the United States of America, but it has never been enforced. The story was created that the enactment of NESARA had to happen by an “official” public announcement. Why so? Has that ever been true of any other law passed by Congress and signed by the president? It is all a trick to fool the people.
Of the 40,000 laws passed each year in the United States, how many of them are known by the public? Very few. How many are ever enacted by public announcement? None. Yet, if you should break a law that you know nothing about, you are still held accountable for your ignorance of the law and your actions. Laws are made and become law the instant the president signs the legislation. That is the requirement of the Constitution of the Republic of the united States of America. There are no exceptions.

These past several years of delay have been only a scam by our government to avoid obeying the NESARA law. All this time the United States Government has been unlawfully in office and conducting unlawful business. They have been constitutionally unlawful since 1933, but now they are playing “double jeopardy”. Since October 10, 2000 we as a nation have been under our original Constitution of the Republic of the united States of America, but we have not realized it.

For years the Internal Revenue Service has been eliminated, but we have continued to pay our income taxes right on schedule, because we have been ignorant of the game of deceit being played against us. Since October 10, 2000 we have continued to use fiat money and a worthless credit money system, unable to discharge any debt, while we were lawfully under a gold standard banking system. All this time we should have had our Farm Claim and Prosperity Program money. We have been tricked. WE have been fooled big time.

What proof do I have that what I say is true? The proof is in the banks. Under NESARA the new gold and silver certificate currency was printed and sent to the banks. It is currently being held by the bankers for our use. They have been “sitting” on our money all this time. To lawfully print the new gold currency, NESARA had to have already been enacted. Such information has been purposely with-held from the public. Also, as additional proof, under NESARA the bankers were ordered to have new computer software and data ready for use under the new gold banking system. They have been forced to comply with this requirement of NESARA, but, again, such information is being carefully withheld from the public, due to the gag order. The gag order in itself is a big joke. The gag order was unlawfully created by an unlawful United States Supreme Court to provide an “official” reason why the unlawful public officials can’t talk about NESARA. The gag order was done to stop the Truth, to stop NESARA from being known. No public official or media person or banker or judge or lawyer or military person wanted to tell you that he or she was a part of the plot to hide NESARA, to delay NESARA, to stop NESARA forever.

My friends, think about it. Had NESARA been enforced on October 10, 2000, President Bill Clinton and our entire treasonous government would have stepped down at that time. The banks would have been changed to a gold system and the Farm Claims and Prosperity Programs would have been paid. What a difference for good that money could have made. There would have been no 9-11 disaster! There would have been no Iraq war! There would have been no Patriot Act I, no Patriot Act II (Obama voted for), no unlawful George W. Bush election and no George W. Bush administration. All that has happened to you in recent years would have been vastly different. We have been tricked big time! What will it take to wake us up? Will it take another war with Iran, Pakistan, Syria, Libya, or North Korea? Will it take Patriot Act III? Will it take World War III? How long will we remain asleep and oblivious to the NESARA Lie? When will we as a people say “enough?”

Somehow it's been more than 8 years since those Navy SEALS and other armed men forced the members of Congress into the House chamber to vote on NESARA, and very close to half the people who were Members then are back in private life, and yet not a single one has so much as hinted at that traumatic and dramatic event in their lives. Hey, I'm just asking.

While I'm at it, what was the Bill number of NESARA on March 9th. It seems to me that the Members of Congress couldn't pass a bill if it weren't proposed, so the proposed bill would have a Senate or HR number -- what was it? And which Member(s) had introduced it? Supposedly those Admirals and Generals who had the Members rounded up at gunpoint had already taken oaths to support the Constitution, so the proposed bill must have already been up for its three readings, but when did that happen?

Your mistake here is obvious and simple. You're trying to apply reason and logic to the NESARA scam and its supporters. What in the world were you thinking?

By the way, the reason that there's no "Senate or HR number" is because of the gag order. This is stated quite clearly in the gag order law, which unfortunately you can't read because it itself is covered by a gag order. As is the gag order for the gag order law itself.

This proposed bill should be shouted from all rooftops. It might need a little tweeking, but is definitely something that should be looked at. I think there is so much fear and anxiety and frustration now that the last several items should be deleted. We need to get our financial condition straightened and shut down the Federal Reserve, and get strong enough to stand up to the Illuminati.

These people remind me of the radical group at my college (which I believe I mentioned on another forum) who, during their brief existence, conducted a diligent search for other groups and causes with whom they could Declare [Their] Solidarity. As Deep Knight says, "birds of a feather...."
