Disilloosioaned has never had any experience with abatement for misnomer. When a major discripancy in spelling occurs - David Merrill and David M. Van Pelt one can simply correct the record and give the clerk ten days to do the same. However the clerk will attempt, like Quatlosers to form the Government bond:
So the judgment stands...“Recognized Government bonds are as safe as Government currency. They have the same credit back of them. And, therefore, if we can persuade people all through the country, when their salary checks come in, to deposit them in new accounts, which will be held in trust and kept in one of the new forms I have mentioned, we shall have made progress.” The Public Papers and Addresses of Franklin D. Hey, can you give me a little context on this scooter-Jesus-King-Arthur thing, if you have a moment? Perhaps someone linked it and I missed it in the frivolity.
Not just the bankers! Or morelike the right to endorse fractionalizing debt extends to private individuals to become individual private bankers [FRNs are themselves redeemable stock certificates*]. I doubt Pete knows a remedy to defer payment of the Return of Income required - as he is presumed represented in Congress:

I hear Secretary Henry Merritt is in China begging them to quit devaluing the Renmindi. Like he and Alan never saw it coming; this day when they would have to realistically think about the account deficit - China at the top and the US at the bottom - two years after China unpegged from the US dollar for its exchange rate.
This just in, talking of debt:
So the whole game is getting shaky.PRESS RELEASE OF THE PARIS CLUB ON THE THREATS POSED BY SOME LITIGATING CREDITORS TO HEAVILY INDEBTED POOR COUNTRIES
Public attention has recently focused on the behaviour of creditors resorting to aggressive litigation tactics against heavily indebted poor countries (HIPC). These actions freeride on the debt cancellation granted by other creditors and thus divert resources from poverty reduction expenditures in the debtor country.
Paris Club creditors recall that they are committed to the full implementation of the HIPC initiative. They urge all official and commercial creditors and debtor countries to take the necessary steps to implement this initiative.
In particular, consistent with the Paris Club principle of comparability of treatment and taking stock of the harmful consequences of litigation for HIPC countries, Paris Club creditors confirm that they are committed to avoid selling their claims on HIPC countries to other creditors who do not intend to provide debt relief under the HIPC initiative, and urge other creditors to follow suit.
In cooperation with relevant international institutions, Paris Club creditors have agreed to intensify their work on this issue with a view to identify concrete measures to tackle this problem.
Background notes
1. The Paris Club was formed in 1956. It is an informal group of creditor governments from major industrialized countries. It meets on a monthly basis in Paris with debtor countries in order to agree with them on restructuring their debts.
2. The members of the Paris Club are Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, Norway, the Russian Federation, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States of America.
If you still agree to disagree about your name being John J. Bulton (instead of John J------; like wserra is Wesley Marc but thinks he is Wesley M. Serra) you will not understand the redemption that cured on September 11, 2001. The Quatlosers are happy to link you to old sensationalism from a washed out reporter and that really suffices if you understand Protectionism, Denial and the general dissociation from reality I enjoy studying here. (Should Demo cut-and-paste the article again, you will realize the truth about my not actually suing Jesus near the end of the article. She just grabbed that case title to get the readers' attention.)

http://ecclesia.org/forum/images/suitors/BOE2.gif
The docket of the case; which I am sure Demosthenes will be glad to post, tells of the Manhattan Judgment a week later. That in rem case had a map of Manhattan Island included and the initial refusal to file it Registered Mail was returned to a suitor (strangely enough, in a separate case) postmarked September 12, so I suspect that the clerk of court was making that judgment as the Towers were under attack. A week later the clerk of court escorted me past security to get the Manhattan Judgment filed.
It is all about redemption and that is the most offensive item for the bankers, even all the Quatlosers as private bankers.
As far as the whole scooter-Jesus-King Arthur thing goes, we have a summary in Wesley Marc admitting he knows his Christian or given name and as an attorney, understands his right to adopt the Wesley M. SERRA a vessel in commerce.
http://www.clubdeparis.org
Inherently he admits I have the same right to a legal name; or not to construct one...The delegation of Sierra Leone was headed by Mr. John O. BENJAMIN, Minister of Finance. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Ambroise FAYOLLE, Co-Chairman of the Paris Club, Assistant Secretary at the Treasury and Economic Policy Department of the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry.
You might consider that the Masons think that factions of the original Knights Templar survived in organizations that positively connect to the Order's modern Templars. If you understand that while reading any good history book, the history of debt becomes clear - too bad the Chinese were onto it so early compared to the USA.

That right of redemption being a matter of banking law makes little difference to the Quatlosers and that makes them so boring, so run-of-the-mill that I find it captivating.

David Merrill.

Well, this is all you can expect from someone who has no results to show for all of his efforts.silversopp wrote:I have never in my life seen so many words put together that mean so very little.
For instance, I have yet to see if David's suit resulted in him getting his motor scooter back.
I have yet to see if David's posturing ever got his driver's license re-instated.
I have yet to see that David's theory of lien termination has resulted in stopping the IRS from issuing levies and conducting seizures, even as he admitted twice that terminators would have to go to district court to get relief.
I have yet to see David provide evidence of him being financially successful as the results of his "research" and development of his "termination" approach. One would think that with the devastating conclusions that David has come up with, he would have been able to market his theories and made a fortune.
I have yet to see David demonstrate that he is able to support the daughter that he helped create.
I have yet to see David get his prior conviction for fraudulent behavior overturned.
The bottom line is that David cannot show any results for what he does. So all he can do is to create word-salad and hope that he can attract a few naive or stupid people into forking money over to him.
The truly tragic thing about all of this is that David expends far more energy and time in trying to attract the occasional mark than he would do if he pursued honest and gainful, if less attractive, employment.

How many times has he said things like "I bring up the page views", "I bring people to this site", and "I get lots of referrals from Quatloos visitors". Poor guy doesn't realize that the Page View counter is as arbitrarily useless as every other counter on the internet. It doesn't count unique hits. I can visit a thread I've been to not two seconds ago, and the Page View will go up by my visit.Demosthenes wrote:He's mentally ill. He comes here for the attention because he gets off on abuse.
Its also terrible when you realize that he thinks that the mentally disturbed are tortured by their illness and generally unhappy. Not true. I thought I was happy the way I was. I thought my theories were sound and tried so hard to help people understand them too. I felt bad for the people around me because I thought they were trapped in a world of misunderstanding, not using the tools around them to fix themselves and their lives. I was perfectly content with who I was.
It got steadily worse, and long story short, there was an intervention and I got help. I now have a sense of control over myself and my thoughts that I previously would have considered a bad thing. The things I used to think energized me I now realize were actually upsetting me - sometimes to the point of hysteria. The mission I thought was making me happy to follow was really just a way to avoid everything else around me. Truth is, I was miserable before - but I couldn't see it. I'm glad that the people around me did.

David, if you remember the time when things were quiet (mine ended when I was about six), I urge you to find that place again. It's better there, trust me.

Perhaps someday we'll see a similar post like that with Merrill/Van Pelt (MVP), but I tend to doubt it. Unfortunately, while his ramblings are clearly not in the realm of sane or coherent people, he attracts others of questionable sanity or weak minds to his silly theories. In the end, they are the ones who will lose thier "motor scooters," and whatever livelihoods they have, not MVP. In that sense, it's great that sites like Quatloos exist in order to factually outline the pure fantasy of his arguments for all to see. Forums like SuiJuris, however, establish a "group-think" environment which furthers and reinforces the psychosis of hardcore members. Realistically, the only thing you can do is destroy these ridiculous arguments one by one, and hope that people who are entertaining any nutty suggested ideas by forums like SuiJuris spend a bit more time and bounce those theories off of a group like this one.
And in that vane, MVP, your whole theory is pointless. A monetary system is a fancy word for a barter system. The barter medium, whether it is gold, or wood and green ink, is only worth what people are willing to trade for it. What they are willing to trade for it is determined by their situation. In the event of a societal collapse, which seems to be the basis for most of the gloom and doom you and other’s of your ilk spout, none one is going to care how much green painted wood you have in your pocket, or how much pretty metal you have under the floorboards of your house. What people will want and need is food, water and shelter, none of which can be provided by either of the barter mediums above. So you see, MVP, your theory, much like your life thus far, is meaningless.

That's because he doesn't really want it back. You see, the real scooter was shipped to Guantanamo early in the process and replaced with a cleverly crafted forgery that is really a surveillance apparatus that can read from underneath even a tightly fitting tinfoil helmet. Experiments are underway with a full-face tinfoil wrap but for now, it would not be safe to recover the scooter. The Observer wrote:For instance, I have yet to see if David's suit resulted in him getting his motor scooter back.
Sad, but true, many fo the TP's I deal with think along similar lines. I've had a great time coming up with questions to establish domicile/residence/etc. They range from the mundane (Where did you sleep last night? Which electric company provides your service? Where do you vote?) to the religious (Where do you go to church?) to the cut-the-BS (Where is the dresser/floor/camper containing the majority of your underwear?) The last, depending on your TP, can be substituted with a wide variety of applicable items (guns/camo/dogs/wives/freeze-dried survival food).managed to eliminate the mandatory nexus with the corporate state imposed via a drivers license
Agree with you about 95%Agent Observer wrote:In the event of a societal collapse, which seems to be the basis for most of the gloom and doom you and other’s of your ilk spout, none one is going to care how much green painted wood you have in your pocket, or how much pretty metal you have under the floorboards of your house. There is a difference between paper dollars and gold. In the immediate aftermath of a societal collapse, gold would be worthless for the reasons you mentioned. When the society recovers, gold would be worth trading for because it does have some intrinsic value (jewelry, computer components, etc). However, many years after the societal collapse, Federal Reserve Notes would become very valuable to collectors.
The best course to take is to own your home free and clear. Buy your canned goods and other baking supplies in bulk from Sam's club, throw in a few gallons of bottled water, and you'll find youself with a few weeks or a month worth of emergency food. That's all you'll really need to survive a disaster, and you'll save a bit of money. There's no need to stockpile MREs in a bomb shelter. Diversify your investments both in industry and geography and you'll be good to go.
Being prepared for a disaster, like everything else, is best done in moderation. If you find yourself freaked out about having FRNs and not gold coin, you're probably missing the big picture.
Work, save, invest, and live comfortably.
Not hard at all to do in the United States where we enjoy security and growth.

Thank you, but congratulations aren't in order yet. There's still a facet of my personality that understands what David's talking about when he speaks of termination of liens, his name, and even lawful money. The problem is that those concepts are like the muddied waters I merrily lived in before. It's like being able to see the connections, and touch them, but it's fuzzy and you can't really hold onto them long enough to envelop them and turn them into words. And when you try to, the words don't serve the purpose so they just lay upon the connections and never actually penetrate them. So, to try to bring the connection into focus, you put the words around it but not on it and sometimes the connection becomes clearer and sometimes you get lost in it. Sometimes the connections feel profound or comforting in their elusiveness. Those are the hard ones to ignore because they make you feel part of something bigger than yourself. And then there are the little ones. They're like blips on the radar because its easier for the words to penetrate. And they're the ones that I like to crank the crazy up on and let fly (anyone recall the unicorns in the septic tank?). The connection never comes into focus and the words still don't really apply, but pitching them into left field is a safe way to release them.Prof wrote:Candid, thoughtful and helpful-- if you can write posts like this, you have been very successful in your journey and your struggle. His sage-like wisdom is the band-aid for their massive head wound. When he talks of lien termination, I like to imagine Leo from "That 70's Show" explaining it in the circle to the kids. It would like totally blow their minds, dude. "The NTFL *is* the lien, man! And you can, like, file a UCC-3 and to like cure the lien. Cause the lien is a disease, dude, and the UCC is the cure, man!
