I really wish the US Marshalls would bring these two in. It might be a good ideal to bring them in before Reno gets his 50 caliber dialed in.

Just a quick update on the tax situation in this case.

On April 23, 2007, the evil federal government filed two federal tax liens on the Browns.

$2,208,153 (back taxes, interest, and penalties for the "1040" tax)

$193,712 (back taxes, penalties, and interest for the "941" taxes from Elaine's dental practice.)

There is also an outstanding state tax lien from 2006 in the amount of $342,845 and a forfeiture penalty of $215,000 that was awarded by the jury.

This brings the total amount owed by the Browns to approximately $3 million.

On June 7, 2007, the evil federal government seized the dental practice building on that now famous dog walker day.

On June 13th, the judge ordered the dental practice building sold.
