Oopsie. Three judges & a prosecutor abruptly announce retirement.
Of course, this has nothing to do with the $50 Billion maritime liens WeThePeople have placed against their bonds. Just ask David. "The STATE OF ALABAMA judiciary is reeling."

Gee -- David is active in Colorado, and these people are in Alabama. Not only that; but announcements like this are quite common in the world of legal reality.

Making fun of Harvester is getting to be like making fun of Van Pelt -- cruel, and not very sporting -- so I won't.

As usual Harvey neglects to give us all the facts. This judge looks to be 85+ so either he's very old or has had a hard life. The other two judges retired a while ago the article doesn't give specific dates, but the governor hasn't replaced them yet because of budget issues. The states Supreme Court have asked him to hold off.

The article makes no mention of a federal prosecuter, and these were state judges, I thought Maritime Law was soley federal jurisdiction.

In the comments at the link, you'll see the name "Tim Turner."

He was part of the Restore America Plan. I suspect he's drumming up support for that move since the governors of the States did not resign after the arrest of their bonds and oaths.

This has something to do with that I suspect.

Alabama's Court system is pay-per-view, and I'm disinclined to go there. One of the attorneys might be able to track it down in whatever filings too place in Houston County, AL

Sure it is.

Any idea why Judges don't announce their retirement way in advance, doofus?

Lawson announced his retirement on March 22nd, sorry Harvester.

Jackson had been a judge for 36+ years.

Let's see...no governors have resigned like he promised. The only thing he has to show for it is two (out of how many thousands) very old judges retiring to spend their remaining days with their family. MAJOR VICTORY!!

Word on the street is that this maritime lien accepted redemption for valued certificate bonds that David cooked up is going to cause a MAJOR political upheaval in early November this year. The perfected trapezoid sovereign note of unconditional mandarin oranges will be activated a Tuesday - since that is the day the Roman God Jupiter gave birth to our moon. Watch for it. If something political happens on a Tuesday in early November, that means David is right.

I have not found the birthdates of these judges (probably in Martindale-Hubbell) but news reports of their retirements show, from the dates of their graduation from law school and the like, that they are all into retirement age. Very probably they can now make more money in private practice or in teaching then they could as judges.

found this:
The $50Billion maritime lien filed against the Houston District Court Corporation has been sustained and is now in collection phase. These 3 judges are now broke, wiped out professionally, and now all their assets have been seized and will be sold to help satisfy this lien. Additionally the Sheriff is also a named party to the action and the District Attorney will be shortly following these 3 out the door, also personally and professionally bankrupted and contributing their assets to settling the lien. The case that was their nadir is: Commercial Bank of Enterprise Alabama v Josie Park Broadcasting Inc. The bulk of the seized assets to satisfy the $50B lien will come from the casino money which has been proven to have illegally conspired to steal the Wjrm Ch *67 broadcasting company. Additionally, this huge victory in de facto court firmly establishes the de facto courtroom bona fides of one litigator, Tim Turner (NON-ESQUIRE.) Turner is not only one of the winning litigators, but also a part-owner of Josie Park Broadcasting, Inc. Last but not least, litigator Turner is also Commander of the legitimate, re-inhabited De jure 100 member Alabama Militia, and one of the two de jure appointed Alabama senators under the re-established De jure Alabama republic. Last but not least, Turner is one of the 4 Guardian Elders of the Restore America Plan, which received some MSM press coverage (March 27, 2010…Wolf Blitzer on CNN, Christian Science Monitor, USA Today, etc.) The portion of the article above which states the state is trying to save money is simply spin. A bankrupt defacto court is out of business, period. Their corporated bond has been arrested. The STATE OF ALABAMA judiciary is reeling. Details are just beginning to emerge

Ah, Panama Law (it's actually Guatamala, but who's counting?). Give us your money; if we take it, sue us. In Guatamala. Good luck!

They're birfers too.

Nice finds, Harv.

Any anti government militia that can only recruit 100 members in Alabama is pathetic. You could probably get 10 times that number to join a group dedicated to the Second Coming of George Wallace.

OMG! Ooooh! Emmm! Geee! Harvester is right! He nailed it squarely on the head this time. I need to mark this down in my diary. Harvester is absolutely correct when he says that the WTP has NOTHING to do with these four retirement announcements.

Not really 100 Members for an antigovernment militia is pretty good. If they called it a "Second Amendment Rights Group" and only got 100 members then you would have a point. If anything 100 members is too large.

The judges' retirement is being touted as a victory for a "maritime lien" against the entire Houston County (Alabama) Court system. Houston County, Alabama, is the SE corner of the state, adjacent to Florida and Georgia. If you look at a map, you'll see that anything maritime seems to be very unlikely.

100 members in a militia group = 5 undercover FBI agents.
