For those unfamiliar with the Gerald Posner story, here is a Miami New Times summary. And, in the first clip on this page, it surely sounds as though Posner is apologizing.

You'd think after Mark Lane took a dive on puppose to toss Peter Hendrickson under the bus, he would have lost a little crdibility among the nutcase population in need of equally deluded legal help.
