You can make a pool out of an old tire and a garbage bag. Granted, it's only big enough for mice to do a few laps or to breed mosquitoes, but you can also make a duck sit in it or go all high-rent and soak your feet. You don't even need to drive up your water bill by filling it up because there's this wet stuff that falls from the sky that will do it for you. There's acid in it or something, but that burning sensation only lasts for a short time and a doctor can give you pills to clear up the subsequent rash. Of course, the pills will also clear up uncomfortable burning sensations and rashes in other places, but no one wants to hear about your personal problems.

Why do I get the feeling that in a prior life, webhick wrote the album liner notes for Frank Zappa and the Mothers of Invention?

:)

EDIT: Oh, wait, Zappa probably wrote the liner notes himself.

ummmm.... Why do I get the impression that webhick is Zappa's little sister?

Yeah, that's the ticket......

I'm reminded of an old MAD magazine article from the 60s. Dave Berg was covering the "Lighter Side" of, I think, Suburbia; and in one strip he has two men trying to one-up each other while talking over a rail fence. One man says to the other, something like, "I've got an outdoor, in-ground pool in my yard"; and the second man, puffing smugly on his pipe, says, "so? We've got an indoor pool", as the first man reacts with amazement. The second man's son then pipes up with, "hey, Dad -- is our flooded basement an indoor pool?" His father turns and yells, "SHADDAP!" to him, as the first man gives the second a "gotcha" smile.

I'll bet that Harvey has a flooded basement....

Well, my Illuminat credentials are flawless, I went to school for a year in Ingolstadt, Catholic University of Eichstadt, interned for a Federal Reserve Bank, spent years in corporations pillaging patriots and all....
