Will he finally bring a case against the company that handled the endowment policy for cancelling the policy after he stopped paying?NG3 wrote:I now predict him bringing a case against someone unrelated to B&B

He can still bring a claim against B&B but has to request permission from a High Court Judge for it to be issued.

And we've seen what evidence of this precisely? I have come to the inescapable conclusion that the entire family is several sandwiches short a picnic, and they all seem to exhibit a level of moral and intellectual dishonesty that is staggering.Jeffrey wrote:Amanda Pike knows this, she cannot possibly be this stupid.

Re: The Crawfords post eviction liabilities
the Crawfords are vile scum, they use people and then kick them to the kerb when they are finished with them, look how many lives have been ruined by a old man who didn't pay his mortgage, they are professional victims in life and will be till the day they die, I bet even there grand kids will be saying "old man Crawford had his house stolen when he was on his death bed dying from cancer" etc etc,
the quicker these are all locked up, B and B go after sues mums house and take that the better,

The only excuse I can come up with for Tom is dementia. Tom has never acknowledged (and never denied) that Sue stopped paying the endowment and that the funds were credited to their mortgage account. I can give four different times that Tom says the endowment ended other than the time it did: 10th July 1992; 1995; 1999; April 2006.notorial dissent wrote:And we've seen what evidence of this precisely? Whose is the person at the start of the video (about 1 min) who can be seen at the front entrance of the police station on the right hand side of Guy Taylor. He looks to be trying to use the intercom or phone? Is he the same person in the blue jacket and blue t-shirt on the other side of the metal detector in this video?

Also a mate of Ceylon Haining. It was Ravenscroft and Haining who pursued an innocent old lady down the street in Hampstead shouting death threats and accusing her of killing babies. (Tom Crawford also made an appearance there).Skeleton wrote:Yes its him, mate of Guy Taylors. Seen him pop up in quite a few videos.

He was more than a little involved, it was his boatSkeleton wrote:

Thought he didn't have to pay some mooring fees or something. He did pay for it's return & is suing whoever it was that got it removed. Not sure if he had any success or not.

That's the one, well remembered! My memory is shot today, grumpy pilots not wanting to do what the flight plan says.hucknallred wrote:He was more than a little involved, it was his boatSkeleton wrote:

Surely with today's planes and autopilots all you really require is for them to sit in the front, relay the information to the aircraft and watch it do the driving?Skeleton wrote:

Sadly not, the Pilot has to interface with the aircraft to get the information in. He may fiddle with the seat stitching as the auto land does it stuff (Auto pilots use less fuel - been proven) but he still needs to be there. That is until the day someone can produce a PC that does not crash, it will happen, it is just a case of when. Pilots and fuel, run an Airline there is your main money drain, the maintenece you can sell on to a third world country for half the costPeanutGallery wrote:Surely with today's planes and autopilots all you really require is for them to sit in the front, relay the information to the aircraft and watch it do the driving?Skeleton wrote:

Senility would be a convenient excuse, but I think the palpable evidence for stupidity goes back years if not decades, and I think it comes from both sides of the family in equal measure, well gallops actually.ArthurWankspittle wrote:The only excuse I can come up with for Tom is dementia. I agree nd. Tom could claim dementia but that hardly applies to the rest of the family. So that leaves one with illiterate, innumerate and seriously lacking comprehension and intelligence.
