He's obviously been promoted since then. He's now a consultant in legal forensics. I'll edit in a link later when I can find it, an amusing video worth a watch.Skeleton wrote:Apologies if this has been posted before but Guy ....
Btw he says he is a "Legal Friend" He says he is, so it must be true.

That's just being vindictive. Mark's an ok guy but he's a bit daft putting that picture up. Might think he's being a trooper but he could soon be added to the Stupid 6 list if he gets caught taking pictures in there.hucknallred wrote:If someone were to phone the court & let them know....AndyPandy wrote:JonnyL wrote:What is Trial by Youtube doing? is this real? Fully agree, hence my shock at him taking happy snaps in Court, he has no time for Freeman. Bit disappointing he appears to have got into cohorts with Wesley but i genuinely think the guy is trying to show that the implementations of certain laws is wrong, not the laws themselves.IDIOT wrote:Mark's an ok guy but he's a bit daft putting that picture up. I have seen this same picture repeated a couple of times this morning on facebook pages. It was posted by Mark Gillard (who I thought would have known better).Skeleton wrote:This just gets better, and members of the court as well, instant contempt, where in gods name is he publishing them?JonnyL wrote:What is Trial by Youtube doing? is this real? Note particularly the ones I have highlighted please.Accordingly, any of the following activities could be considered to be contempt:
obtaining or publishing details of jury deliberations;
filming or recording within court buildings;
making payments to witnesses;
publishing information obtained from confidential court documents;
reporting on the defendant's previous convictions;
mounting an organized campaign to influence proceedings;
reporting on court proceedings in breach of a court order or reporting restriction;
breaching an injunction obtained against another party;
anticipating the course of a trial or predicting the outcome; or
revealing the identity of child defendants, witnesses or victims or victims of sexual offences.
However, it is acceptable to publish material as part of a discussion of public affairs or as a contemporary report of the day's legal proceedings.
Fully support this, and definitely worth mentioning. However would this site count as reporting? (Genuine question to clarify, I don't have any reason to suspect otherwise).ArthurWankspittle wrote:Can I remind everyone that the eight people involved have been charged and therefore comments relating to them are subject to the "sub judice" rules of England and Wales. Nottingham Magistrates is NOT a court. It is an Administrative hearing. For a court to be constitutional it must have a jury of 12 sitting. As per the Magna Carta 1215.
