Takes 5 seconds to take a picture of the warrant with your phone and post it on Facebook.

Don't forget they have to send it to London by courier, so the esteemed Mr Ebert can go over it and then send it back to the other forensic expert, Guy Taylor for a second opinion, which will result in it being called a fake warrant.

Monika Godos, 34, of Woodthorpe, is charged with assaulting Sergeant Shipley in the execution of his duty by spitting in his face. She also denied the allegations.
I see Monika turned up with good old Micheal O'Dercia (aka the rogue male) who also lost his cases too
What case was that? I need to catch up.
Was he a schoolteacher? Have a recollection that he was.
Anything known about Monika?

You didn't really believe that this was going to be the end of it. I said earlier Ceylon in his latest interview says
is all we wanted was to see the Warrant [unicorn] and we would have come down straight away.
I said they wouldn't have even if the warrant was produced for them on the day, because they would find fault with it. They used this warrant bollocks simply as an excuse to invade and take over the property because they had absolutely no excuse for doing what they did.
And as already been mentioned, Guy Taylor will "forensically examine" the warrant and find it to be "fraudulent".

I distinctly recall Amanda previously saying they could easily pay off the entire amount but they were fighting it on principle. So I wonder if she'd consider herself as lying to the public then or lying to the public now.

Perhaps she'd claim to be telling the truth in both instances - at that time they could afford it but the fighting has drained their resources so they can no longer afford anything.

I found it strange that Crawford appeared for his own defense at court and seemed to have dropped his whole legal team O`Berka, Ebert &Taylor Forensics at Law. They will love this of course as they watch Crawford get convicted they will be able to tell him he lost because he didn't follow their advice.

I think we should get our facts straight. He's a consultant in legal forensics. That's what he said and I believe him. Damned if I can be bothered to find the video but I'm sure he wouldn't have said it if it wasn't true. He's been trained, you know. Not sure if house trained counts for much in a law court though it would certainly be a very bad thing if he weren't

I can confirm now though that it is a county court warrant and NOT a high court writ.
And that is what it should be Amanda because after all, it was a County Court bailiff that executed the warrant to evict your parents and NOT a High Court Enforcement Officer.

Looking forward to the next supposed 'defect'.

Like reading it and understanding it, which in the Crawford's case will likely take some time.

It's a criminal charge, O'Bonkers, Errorbert and Trailor only specialise in civil matters.

Leaves one wondering how Craig expects a warrant to be produced.

Electronic printing = anyone can do it
Manual typing = anyone can do it
Hand-Written = anyone can do it

Chiseled in granite with a laser - ok, not everyone has a laser handy, but granite can be reasonably easily acquired.

So if Craig is complaining because the warrant could be easily electronically produced and printed (and I assume by anyone) - it really leaves one wondering what form he believes an acceptable warrant would come in.

OOOH NOOOOO! It wasn't a high court order? I am so disappointed. If it had been a High Court order you could have been paying interest on the outstanding amount until settled, IIRC.

http://roguemale.org/2013/12/06/the-chr ... -mortgage/

"The Rogue Male has been homeless for THREE years now. He is, quite reasonably, somewhat pissed off at this state of affairs."

Not the best person to be giving advice to someone about how to save their home

"26 September 1989 ~ the implied contract in every mortgage deed prior to the 1989 act no longer has legal effect, on the basis that s2 prescribes that it can only be expressed in writing, signed by both parties, with all of the fairly negotiated terms in a single document."

"The signing of the deed and the deposit of said with B&B created an implied contract for a mortgage in the future, which was void for lack of compliance with section 2 of the Law of Property (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1989, as it had to be executed by both parties, in accord with the Companies Act 1985, 36A Execution of documents: England and Wales and s.27(1) of the Land Registration Act 2002."

s.2 applies to contracts and not deeds.

"26 August 2009. At the hearing at Nottingham County Court, in spite of the counter claim which included a Notarised Affidavit of Obligation (one which remains unrebutted), His Honour Judge Inglis issued a consequently VOID order for possession in favour of B&B"

"4 November 2010 ~ The house was unlawfully and violently possessed by agents of the Claimant. In breach of due process and the peace, no notice was served on the owner. The use of 21 police officers, numerous bailiffs and other assorted agents illustrate how the house was taken by way of violence and deception, with excessive force and coercion. Mr David Caress, Bailiff, failed to serve the warrant on the Defendants, Rogue Male and Lifetime Tenant, who were falsely arrested in their own home, kidnapped and imprisoned for 6 hours at Bridewell Police Station, Nottingham, before being released without charge. The actual eviction was marked by the use of excessive force, the endangering of C’s life and was unlawfully aided by the accompanying police officers, whom the Defendants have reason to believe were hired by the B&B to enforce the VOID order."

You can read the rest for yourself. All very similar to what Tom is doing and trying to argue now. Much like the rest of Tom's legal team Ceylon, Ebert, Taylor and Bernica - O'deria has no understanding or comprehension of the law.
