I'm still slighty confused as to why Tom Crawford got a copy. I had assumed that a similar order had been taken out for him but maybe I'm missing something?

I had always thought sub judice was limited to criminal proceedings, but you're absolutely correct, it's anything being considered by a Court.

Yep £480 issue fee then £155 application fee.

Another thing, I haven't been following this case but I would guess there is something in the claimants case. This was heard by a proper High Court Puisne judge who would not suffer fools gladly and wouldn't hesitate to strike out a dodgy case of his own initiative.

Makes no sense to me for Gillard to have done this.

I guess if he believes that someone has been pretty vile to him and a judge thinks there may be enough evidence for a court to hear then I guess that's reason enough. It's now down to the defendant to put his side and the courts will then decide.
