Last night I decided to make a short video about Dean's "prop" tool belt, which includes the new Cari-lee audio.

Deano just doesn't get it. Anyone can max out their credit card buying tools, make a nice video of their truck and tool belt, and claim to be a contractor. A real contractor does the following (in no particular order):Wake Up! 1. Advertises his own qualifications and tickets and the method his company uses for ticketing their employees (as an apprentice I had to give to my journeyman a record every week how many hours I spent doing a particular job, eg 6 hours roughing in windows);
2. Has a portfolio of previous projects and references;
3. Is proud to state that he follows every government regulation such as OHS or WCB insurance for his employees and in some provinces has deposited a surety bond so he can accept prepaid contracts.
Somehow I can't see Dean doing all the following. BTW, if you ever have to hire a contractor I strongly suggest you make sure they have done the above.

Re: Dean Clifford - A Tale of Two Gurus
Tonight Dean did another live internet broadcast. Long story short, Justice Chris Martin was unimpressed with Dean's lack of co-operation in his presentencing report. So much so that Justice Martin emailed Dean himself. Dean emailed back in his usual anarchistic manner, to which Justice Martin demanded an emergency hearing for tomorrow at 1pm. Dean emailed back stating that he could get there because he is not allowed to drive. Justice Martin yielded, and set the "emergency hearing" for Monday. The rest you can watch for yourself:

My, we are a feisty little thing today aren't we.
Did the nasty man say bad things to you, poor Deanypoos. Never mind, just show him how big and tough you are when you get to court and everything will be all right.

Wow, This is going downhill fast, If I were to guess how this will end, he will be either inside a jail real soon, or die in a shootout with the cops.Wake Up! Dean is either blinded by his rage, or is just plain stupid.
Firstly, he seems unable to grasp that when one is convicted of serious crimes, as has he, one does lose one's liberties. You get jailed, or fined and are required to report to the courts as per the judge's ruling.
Secondly, Dean doesn't seem to realize that it isn't too smart to shout obscenities at the same courts have him by the short hairs.

The Freeman can't even get in his car and drive around, meanwhile us "slaves" can get in our cars and drive around in a circle on the highway until our gas tanks run dry.Dean emailed back stating that he could get there because he is not allowed to drive.

The judge could have changed the emergency hearing to "as soon as the officers can bring you". Free ride for Dean = fmotl victory!

What's your problem with that. I'm sure if someone took a photo of you they'd be able to construct some fantasy out of what they saw. You just keep looking for things that suit your purpose.ArthurWankspittle wrote:Early in the morning the day after the one day in a decade the average construction worker completely cleans all his tools.pigpot wrote:Maybe it was early in the morning? I'm not quite sure why he is refusing to participate in the PSR process. He doesn't have to admit guilt, he can minimize what information he gives to the parole officer, can if he wants only give out information that presents himself in the best light, but he MUST be interviewed by a probation officer. Of course though, for a true FMOTL, not submitting to a PSR interview counts as a win.arayder wrote:Dean is either blinded by his rage, or is just plain stupid.

Do you have a link for the entire show? CCN doesn't appear to be putting them on YouTube.Wake Up! Productions wrote:Tonight Dean did another live internet broadcast. CCN usually posts the show withing 24 to 48 hours (in very low 360p quality).Bill Lumbergh wrote:Do you have a link for the entire show? CCN doesn't appear to be putting them on YouTube.Wake Up! You hit the nail on the head in the last sentence.eric wrote:I'm not quite sure why he is refusing to participate in the PSR process. For all the trouble Dean has gone through he can't be seen as bending to the man's will. But that doesn't mean he has to publicly tell the judge to get f'ed.
Clifford could have provided the absolute minimum information required, given the pre-sentencing interviewer some freeman guff and called it a day. He'd still have his freeman chops and the court might be satisfied. Instead he's decided to publicly show his foul mouthed contempt for the court.
It doesn't bode well for Dean.

Re: Dean Clifford - A Tale of Two Gurus
Since a PSR is a court ordered process I expect the ever-patient judge wants to call Dean in to remind him of that fact. If Dean doesn't comply with the requirements of a PSR the judge could simply revoke bail. Dean in freeman parlance would have won, but then have the pleasure of spending almost 2 months in remand awaiting sentencing.arayder wrote:You hit the nail on the head in the last sentence.eric wrote: I'm not quite sure why he is refusing to participate in the PSR process. On top of that, he could rake in an additional charge of disobeying a court order.eric wrote:Since a PSR is a court ordered process I expect the ever-patient judge wants to call Dean in to remind him of that fact.
