I got as far as the bit where the guy offered the 03 number which he rejected & could take no more, as he was wrong, his woman friend could call the 03 number with her inclusive minutes.Firthy2002 wrote:If you have a plan with free minutes they are included, otherwise it's the same rate as a geographic landline call.#six wrote: I thought 0345 numbers were now included in all mobile plans.
As for 101, hate to say it but he's right, I called the other night & got 15p on my phone bill. There was a time you could pick up your phone & ring the local nick, not any more.
03 numbers have solved the problem of the 08 revenue sharing numbers that became rife, I actively seek out geographic numbers, the saynoto0970 site is good for this.

It's Saynoto0870. I also think the general, main number for my local Police force would still work.hucknallred wrote:.... the saynoto0970 site is good for this.

The interesting thing about 101 is that the 15p is a flat rate, so no matter how long the call lasts it will always cost 15p. I believe when it was introduced there were concerns that if the calls were free (as they are to 111 for NHS Direct) that it would lead to abuse. I'm sure the fact that this solution also generates revenue is something that the government regrets.hucknallred wrote:As for 101, hate to say it but he's right, I called the other night & got 15p on my phone bill. Why does this idiot believe a phone call to a police station should be free of charge?

Exactly. So if this fictitious lady does not have any free minutes a geographical landline number won't solve her fictitious problem.Firthy2002 wrote:If you have a plan with free minutes they are included, otherwise it's the same rate as a geographic landline call.#six wrote: I thought 0345 numbers were now included in all mobile plans.

Because he is the type of idiot who believes "Cuntstables" are Public Servants and he pays for them. The fact he appears to have so much time on his hands to allow him to attend evictions and make annoying phone calls leads me to believe his financial contribution to any publicly funded body is minimal and is no doubt boosted by people who do not have time for such activities. He will be another that believes he pays in full though.rumpelstilzchen wrote:Why does this idiot believe a phone call to a police station should be free of charge?

Missed that one. But yes, if it's not bailiffs he's harassing it's usually hapless company employees/authority figures just trying to do an honest day's work.

I agree, it wouldn't be my choice of a Sunday lunch. But the Wetherspoons Sunday roast was a godsend for people living by themselves who wouldn't bother (or didn't know how) to cook a Sunday roast for themselves. I worked with a bloke who was widowed and who'd meet up with a group of single, divorced or widowed middle-aged-to-elderly men every Sunday for lunch at their local Wetherspoons while they watched the football on TV.Firthy2002 wrote:

People like Morris view having the phone put down on them as a victory.Skeleton wrote:

You would think that if you was going to try and be a peoples champion and help people, You should at least know what you are doing
Chrisy, Suggesting someone do a statuary declaration to reset a CCJ that someone has been paying for 4 years via an AOE order is pretty stupid, At least learn what an N244 is

What an absolute numpty, you can apply to get a CCJ set aside if it was obtained by default, but NOT after 4 years and definitely, NOT if you've been paying it for 4 years - even if it is through an Attachment of Earnings order and you certainly can't use a Statutory Declaration !

I don't want any information but I want this guy's phone number. Strange that the Police aren't a 118 service. My main concern is what the fuck has it to do with Chrissy Morris? "I'm phoning to...." I really would be wanting to know who I'm talking to and what it has to do with them. I'm an interfering twat who likes posting YouTube videos doesn't cut it for wasting Police time.Firthy2002 wrote:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ywihA-83I4Q
