I'm sure the ex-Mrs Ward will impress upon her legal team to try and expedite proceedings.

I would expect the eviction to be sent to the high court and HCEO to turn up at the palatial baronial castle. With a bit of luck it will get filmed for Can't Pay We'll Take it Away.

What are the odds that when the 23rd comes he will give the usual the Bailiffs never showed up they are petrified of me routine.TheNewSaint wrote:I hate to disappoint everyone, but the Baron will probably get to stay through Christmas. From SteveUK's link:
Which I interpret to mean, they can only begin the court proceedings on December 23. And that's the Friday before Christmas weekend, when I imagine government offices are closed, or at least not working very hard. It's unlikely they could get a court order, arrange a bailiff, and have the bailiff execute the order in one day. Though that would be a delightful Christmas fuck-you to someone who richly deserves it. If they could pull it off, my heart would grow three sizes that day.the possession order becomes enforceable on (December) 23rd. At the expiry of that period and without further notice to you, we will ask the court to arrange for the bailiff to take possession of the property.

OK Big Unplug Update.
IT IS TIME.
I am sick of these scumbag company Judges screwing with me. They don’t win. I won’t let them win.
I serve the monkeys when I can with an Affidavit and take away their alleged authority. So it’s not like they don’t know.
Now the fun begins.
People here who know me know how this is done. He who makes a claim carries the obligation to present the material substance of the claim. When they can’t. They are a confirmed Criminal by their own hand.
SO let the fun begin.
There is six letters in the post as of today. All scumbags making claims to having authority.
You also know how I post. Bit-ly link Haven to the files on the Drop box. It works for me.
So here we have six Judges who are going to be confirmed criminals by their own hand. It is time to nail some Judges.
Deputy District Judge Buckley. http://bit.ly/2hTN4sU http://bit.ly/2hLSFpk
Deputy District Judge Masheder http://bit.ly/2hCqMfJ http://bit.ly/2hq0gbX
Deputy District Judge Woodward http://bit.ly/2gQoHyx http://bit.ly/2hCgRXD
These scumbags are just Barristers Hyped up to be Deputies. Not even real Judges.
District Judge Fitzgerald http://bit.ly/2hyIR1j http://bit.ly/2hDAXS0
District Judge Gray http://bit.ly/2hpy21d http://bit.ly/2hyGQST
District Judge Lateef http://bit.ly/2gQIKNp http://bit.ly/2gQMhve
Yes these will also be going out with the 1000 Emails and Chief of police for Cheshire Mr Simon Byrne’s will be copied in.
If I can Nail ScunkBag Lawyers with this I can do the same to Judges. What can they do??
Is it SteveUK or STEVE: of UK?????

Hmmm... Harassing judges... Would that be an offence in itself or would contempt of court cover it?

I think both are available as possible charges. Not sure if "Attempting to pervert the course of justice" can be used too in this situation, a much more serious charge.longdog wrote:Hmmm... Harassing judges... Would that be an offence in itself or would contempt of court cover it?

Re: Baron David Ward
David Ward is now claiming he;s bought down the government email servers.
Still - guess you have to take your 'wins' when you find them.
What he totally fails to spot is the issue is his end. It seems his ISP may've blocked his outbound due to huge amount of traffic.Baron David Ward Ha ha ha ha ha So funny. I will see what happens tomorrow. If they have blocked the Email. I will make another. If they mess with the Tecky Guy I will Crash their systems. They will have to do a System wipe and rebuild. I will Load the emails with attachments and they will run out of Hard drive. Feck with me monkeys and it will Hurt.

Re: Baron David Ward
I suspect if he's flooding the government.uk server with huge numbers of emails they are going to get caught in the spam filter and sent directly to to the bin.
So yes... Another great victory.

Because nobody has ever tried this method of DDOS attack before, in the entire history of the internet.SteveUK wrote:David Ward is now claiming he;s bought down the government email servers.

What will happen to the tecky guy emails is:
1) If the attachment file size is too large, they will be bounced back (after he spends a lot of time uploading the file to his email server).
2) His service provider will cut him off for using far too much bandwidth.
Next he'll come up with the cunning plan of hitting refresh on the government webpages to use up all their bandwidth.
He's like a real life version of South Park's "Professor Chaos", only even more inept than Butters alter ego.

Ah, the Baron uses gmail, the daily limit is mail sent to 100 recipient mailboxes from a mailbox or 500 via their web interface.

... and at the destination, the mail will be handled (at least initially) by MessageLabs/Symantec, who should be well placed to filter off any junk that does get that far.PeanutGallery wrote: What will happen to the tecky guy emails is:

And if he's thinking of moving on from an email flood, http://www.parliament.uk is hosted behind Cloudflare and the DNS for parliament.uk is provided by Dyn. Very strange. It's almost as if they're expecting people to randomly attack them.

Yup. The emails were refused by the sending mail server.Footloose52 wrote:Ah, the Baron uses gmail, the daily limit is mail sent to 100 recipient mailboxes from a mailbox or 500 via their web interface.
Which is exactly the error message he got. And if his sending mail server rejected the message, it never even reached government email servers. Much less took them down. His "hacking" is really just his own mail service telling him to stop spamming. Some computer genius this guy is. But hey, it's a win-win; he can pretend he hacked the government, and other people are spared having to read his nonsense. Keep fighting the good fight, Baron.Rule 1: You can send emails to a maximum of 500 recipients per day through the Gmail website.
Rule 2: If you access Gmail via POP or IMAP clients, like Microsoft Outlook or Apple Mail, you can send an email message to a maximum of 100 people at a time. This also includes email sent through smtp-relay.gmail.com or smtp.gmail.com servers. If you exceed the limit, your account may be disabled for a day with the error – “550 5.4.5 Daily sending quota exceeded.”

In some situations this is normal. Not "Your tax refund form is attached, please open now", obviously, but "Dear My MP, I am writing to you in connection with the proposed development of the hospital in our constituency, attached is a word document with the minutes from the last planning meeting in which I have highlighted my concerns and also a spreadsheet showing that the final costings will be in excess of that predicted..."NYGman wrote::thinking: does anyone even bother to open attachments from strangers, in today's day and age.
