Don't ask me, I have no better idea than you do. Wouldn't happen in the U.S. They'd have him viewing from a holding cell after a couple of days of it. As I've said elsewhere murder trials in Canada, even ones as open-and-shut as this, take forever. Six months is not unusual.

Just by way of a bit of background to my post above, the purported autistic guy has a Youtube channel called Potters Police Videos where he goes round filming the Police and taking their badge numbers etc. Autistic or not he's clearly likes aggravating a situation so it's no surprise he has been charged and convicted.

By the way, Colin got him to plead a Crawfordesque 'No case to answer' at court which was rejected and a not guilty plea entered on his behalf. Oh dear.

An autistic man who had a criminal behaviour order (CBO) imposed on him for repeatedly filming police officers has lost his appeal against the order. Marcus Potter, 20, from Wymondham, Norfolk, was sentenced for public order offences and obstructing the police.

He was given a conditional discharge and CBO but has been held in Norwich Prison for breaching the order in November 2017. A King's Lynn Crown Court judge dismissed the appeal.

Judge David Radford said he was satisfied that Potter understood the terms of the CBO, which banned him from Norwich city centre. The judge said there was evidence that the order was helpful and should stand.

That looks like a very inappropriate legal sledgehammer being used to crack a nut to me. So the guy is a nuisance to the cops... Yeah yeah... Sorry Norfolk Constabulary... Stop being so bloody precious. Jail is clearly neither appropriate nor proportionate given the guy's clear problems...

Given her longstanding embrace of woo, and the fact she's only now been bankrupted (the lack of info on the register suggests she's been uncooperative), it's possible she started out in a decent position and it's the FMOTL antics that brought her down.

I’m guessing they’ve not being very sensible with cash and extended their earnings to the limit for some of these properities.
Rather than been honest with themselves, they’ve chosen to believe property is a god given right.....

As I’ve said before no sympathy. The second it becomes apparent you won’t be able to afford repayments it’s best to sell and settle.

Least then you may have a chance of actually getting something back!
