This has to be more "elbow counsel" than HAT. I doubt if she would even know the proper procedures. I'm curious as to what they came up for re-do excuse, other than incompetence of counsel, HAT.
The fact that you sincerely and wholeheartedly believe that the “Law of Gravity” is unconstitutional and a violation of your sovereign rights, does not absolve you of adherence to it.

I'd say the scribblings are definitely the Giraffe's Tuches, but the typed bit is too concise and coherent to be her, and actually refers to real law.

As to whats his name (already forgetting him), I think he "knows" (1) that he is smarter than all of the people that disagree with him, (2) that he will be walking out a free man at the sentencing (to which he is only attending to be polite to the alleged judge), and (3) that the Treasury accounts are real and that the only reason he has be persecuted (aka prosecuted) is because the evil Cabal wants to use him as an example to others in order to scare them into not accessing their Treasury accounts. And I think he will do poorly in prison.

I think that sums it up pretty clearly.

I tried to find her on the BOP.gov inmate locator, and it says she is not in BOP custody. I assume this will make the followers claim she's being "disappeared" by the big Federal Conspiracy.
And ye shall know the idiots by their red-stained thumbs.

Looks like this was just filed yesterday:

I also noticed that a whole pile of documents seem to have disappeared from the docket on PACER, anyone know what's up with that?

Well, clearly Randy hasn't faced the truth yet. He seems to have filed a fresh load of Heatherese. This time he has the gall to refer to all of Heather's praecipes as "Unrebutted", when the trial pretty clearly rebutted them.ScottComstock wrote: ↑Sat Mar 31, 2018 1:45 pm Looks like this was just filed yesterday:

Looks like the full docket to me. Are you sure you didn't limit the search by defendant? By date? By document?ScottComstock wrote: ↑Sat Mar 31, 2018 1:45 pmI also noticed that a whole pile of documents seem to have disappeared from the docket on PACER, anyone know what's up with that?

As I expected, Randy will persist in his delusions to the end
His mind is fully controlled by his sov belief system
Sad to see the destruction wrought in the lives of the victims of these idiotic theories and beliefs

Yes; as it turns out, the CourtListener link I used went only to the RKB docket (not HATJ's).
I just rechecked directly with TNED, and it's all there now.
I need more coffee.

Well, that won't work, the thumbprints are his right thumb and everyone knows you have to use your left thumb.
Looks like he'll have to spend the rest of his life in prison, there are no do-overs.
