As to whats his name (already forgetting him), I think he "knows" (1) that he is smarter than all of the people that disagree with him, (2) that he will be walking out a free man at the sentencing (to which he is only attending to be polite to the alleged judge), and (3) that the Treasury accounts are real and that the only reason he has be persecuted (aka prosecuted) is because the evil Cabal wants to use him as an example to others in order to scare them into not accessing their Treasury accounts. And I think he will do poorly in prison.

Well, clearly Randy hasn't faced the truth yet. He seems to have filed a fresh load of Heatherese. This time he has the gall to refer to all of Heather's praecipes as "Unrebutted", when the trial pretty clearly rebutted them.

Looks like the full docket to me. Are you sure you didn't limit the search by defendant? By date? By document?

I just rechecked directly with TNED, and it's all there now.
