That seems more childish than vicious to me. I could be missing something.

Sorry, it’s in the pictures, I have been vague.

And lo ye hammer of ban hath fallen.

Bobby took exception to being repeatedly reminded that he nearly killed somebody through his '40 years of driving' fuckwittery and as he's an undischarged bankrupt his chances of actually being able to honour his 'I'll take full responsibility and liability' claim were empty bullshit.

A few people also told him they would report him to the police if he did what he was claiming he was going to do. This did not go down well but has probably pissed on his bonfire. I for one would have no hesitation in 'grassing' him up to plod so he can do it but he can't boast of doing it.

I can't link to it, but if you nip over to Crabbies page, he's just posted a video. A rep from the bank has turned up on his doorstep.

It's just the usual old bollocks being espoused.

The trouble is that in some respects he is almost correct. The water supply companies are so constrained in the action they can take that someone with sufficient brass neck (Crabbie springs to mind) will probably get away with it. It is nigh on impossible to cut off the supply to a domestic customer and the size of the bills being relatively small makes it not worthwhile pursuing them.

Doesn't have to pay his mortgage(s), doesn't have to pay his council tax, doesn't have to pay his business rates, doesn't have to pay his water bill. And we're supposed to believe he'll willingly pay up for damage or injury he causes while driving without licence and insurance. Yeah.... Right.

I can imagine what would really happen (assuming he didn't just hit-and-run rather than be arrested and charged and possibly jailed)...

1) I don't attend their fake courts so they can't sue me.
2) I don't answer to my straw-man name so they can't sue me.
3) They'll be paid from the Motor Insurance Bureau scheme so I don't owe anything.
4) I don't have any money anyway because I'm bankrupt so there's no point in suing me.
5) They would have to sue me in my friend's common-law play-court and my friend will find in my favour.
6) All money is debt so how can you settle a debt with a debt.
7) Robert White is dead.

What have I missed?

Lost at sea for Bobby... Well if he's lost off Sheerness lets hope he's somewhere near the Richard Montgomery.

Strangely enough Swale Borough Council don't recognise the Common Law Court.

Swale Borough Council are now in trouble. not recognising the Comon Law Court is an offence against the Court and they will get a £1m lien against them, issued by the Court

Gotta love bureaucracy! :snicker: Sometimes it is just too perfect. Sounds like our little Quail's cunning plan didn't pan out for him.
The fact that you sincerely and wholeheartedly believe that the “Law of Gravity” is unconstitutional and a violation of your sovereign rights, does not absolve you of adherence to it.

That's gotta sting. The council called his Fisher-Price Play Court what it is. And, if hes going to claim hes not Robert White, they're going to act like he's not Robert White. Well played, Awake Borough Council.

He employed the Scrodinger's Freeman technique of claiming he was dead and not dead at the same time and now it looks like somebody with a sense of humour has decided to take him at his word.

"I don't have to pay my council tax because Robert White is dead. Please send me all the subject data you have on me."

"Sorry... We don't accept SDA requests from dead people"

I think all the cool kids are using the word “woke” rather than “awake”
