Meanwhile over on the council tax and everything else except the things I do is illegal page Joanna Cridlin has these wonderful words of advice for those compelled to attend the 'illegal' courts...
I've wasted a minute separating the solid block of drivel into paragraphs because she couldn't be arsed... You're welcome
Joanna Cridlin
At my last hearing I had 1 witness. It made some difference, having represented myself alone, the preceding 6 hearings, requesting adjournments, to be restored to my home under Recission.
I refused to stand in the dock, and the judge asked 'me' was I happy to sit next to the prosecution barrister. I was already asserting my position and it was respected...I am fearless, and spoke very forthrightly to the judge despite my knowledge being nil pointe! I stayed true to myself, and won everytime purely on my morals and integrity.
My higher awareness serves me well. Know yourself. Be authentic. I suprised all of them... My phone vibrated, at my hearing. The prosecution barrister (prefect upstart, in new uniform) raised his hand, "miss, she's using her phone."
Aggressive police called, took me outside court to see if I'd filmed.
Once verified I had not, the officer tried to influence the judge to lock me up, for contempt of court. But the judge, having seen me the last 4 occasions, knew I was an honest, good woman, ignored the plod and told me to "please have a seat."
I refused to engage in their statutory proceedings and read common law, documents, requesting the judge recuse herself.
Although taken aback and embarrassed by my delivery, more than once, she would not back down, out of pride. Honestly?
No one can truly prep, as every occasion was different, attending my hearings. But I do remember observing the judge studying me. I weighed her up psychologically too. Know your opponent. It doesn't take long to witness the pretence and theatrics. It amused me actually. Very bad acting. I come from theatre/ballet background, on stage very young.
Perhaps it helped....the judge's summing up, was that I had a good case (brilliant actually) but chose not to defend myself under their fiction, and therefore fined £1500, for re-entering my home that I was deprived, subsequent to being illegally evicted. A fine,
I'm only recently, being forced to pay, despite being anulled by a common law court in June, which has not stopped anything. And there you have it....ps getting help from others with success does not guarantee anything. I know this, from more than one experience
Yet another tragic example of how somebody with a good case... Brilliant actually according to the judge... Had their rights trampled because the fake system couldn't be seen to let her win her brilliant actually case.
