The reference to removing shutters suggests not, more like a home that's been possessed but not yet sold.

Coming soon - HHJ Smith presents the latest important waste of space CLC Document. This one seems quite sensible. Anyone of authority encountering this lot may well assume they are indeed, brain dead.

Their 'Hall of Shame' still lists Tessa Jowell, despite her having died in May 2018.

Still, the good folk of Venezuela must be heartened to know that at this difficult time, the CCCL are there for them.

There's even a nice Venezuelan lady explaining it on video. Or perhaps she's Cuban, or Chilean, or Ecuadorean, or Colombian, or...

Cool.... I'll apply for Proof of Life certificates for my parents... Yay! Resurrection!

Actually no... I'd have to give the money back and I never liked them much in the first place.

I'm sure the Play Court will insist on checking the details like they do with everything else and this isn't just another useless piece of crap that HHJ Smith J will charge people for and then 'forget' to send out.

Does anybody know when His Honour and Rab C are back in court?

The other way around I think.

Running the page through Google translate it just seems to be the usual whining about the charges for threatening behaviour against Smith and Sproul.
Now, to thwart the will of the people, these three judges have used their state system to attack two men resulting in their illegal detention, erroneous charges and to force them to go to their own statutory courts, this to take revenge on them through of frightful abuse. of process.

You've got to be a special kind of ignorant to look out across the world from your safe European home and expect people living under genuinely repressive regimes to be exercised about citizens being granted due process from an independent judiciary.

I am indebted to m'learned friend.

A brace of convictions should put a stop the the Play Court's bullshit for a while. Even they're not dumb enough to send out more summonses if they risk a conviction every time. Or are they?

Perhaps they'll overturn the verdict in their own court... I don't know why they haven't already voided the charges to be honest... A cynical man might think even they don't believe in the mighty power of the CLPC and its 'final verdicts'

It’s because they can’t.
The final verdict of the Common Law Court Jury is final and not subject to appeal

Sadly, it seems that Fisher-Price does not make a law court. Neither does Playskool.

Lego, on the other hand:

Now, now, Arthur. The gold is there on a flag, and not on a fringe. It's that fringe which, presto-changeo, turns a Constitutional/Article III/common law court into an Admiralty Court.

Gavel? It's an effing sledgehammer. That big boy definitely needs two hands. No wonder the judge looks like he needs a bit of medical attention.

The star of this scene is the injured party, at right. The mismatched injuries, the weary yet insincere expression, and what seems to be Lego's idea of a knee brace. But what sells this character is the banana peel t-shirt. He wore that to court on the day of his injury case. Is he the world's trolliest professional victim, or the world's most hapless klutz? I want to know his story. Get him a cameo in a Lego movie, stat.

Why do I suspect this is going to end VERY badly for all parties involved?
The fact that you sincerely and wholeheartedly believe that the “Law of Gravity” is unconstitutional and a violation of your sovereign rights, does not absolve you of adherence to it.

Of course it will, they'll be turfed out on their ear, arrested for trespassing, 24 hour security installed so they can kiss goodbye to any remaining equity, all thanks to the CLC !! :beatinghorse:
